Apologies if this has already been said, but Inside Soap now have quite detailed spoilers for Emmerdale next week on their website. Spoilers I've not seen elsewhere. Be warned, only read them if you want to know.

Spoiler

Was going to ask when Cameron is leaving because I'm sure I read about it a couple of weeks ago, but I can't find anything about Dominic Power leaving, is he leaving? If he is then this will probably be dragged out until then.

He's not leaving.

Looks like a great week for a change! Really like that Lisa is there to support Chas-I'm guessing she finds out that Carl attempted to rape her and she acted in self defence. Lisa will be understanding in that respect, due to her ordeal with Derek. Great move by the scriptwriters if that's the case.

Yeah I like the dynamic that that gives to the SL and relationship between Chas and Lisa

I'm intrigued to find out if it'll come out that Gennie knew what was going on???? Can't see Debbie/Cain/Charity being too pleased about that!!!

I think the Cameron leaving thingy may have been leaked by Emmerdale team as a teaser/cover-up for the live episode/death and who was going to die, as it has not been officially confirmed. but he must surely get his commupence at some stage... he is really showing his true colours now, if he hasnt been bad enough already, letting Chas take the blame for the murder!
Spoiler

I thought the exact same. Did he ever drive for them?

Spoiler
I said something similar to my husband. Especially as Cameron will be even more hated by the Dingles and the whole of Emmerdale for letting this particular spoiler happen.

Given this new info, thank you Inside Soap, Cameron's days are numbered and he will be leaving. Also in the original promo he blew up black while Debbie, Chas and Dan blew up Pink in the same shot.

What I don't understand is why after what happens in this spoiler does he still stick around? You think he would make a quick escape. Wouldn't be shocked if he has gone by the beginning of November though - unless there is a trial.

Have you watched it yet? I think he destroyed any love she had in the last few weeks culminating in the attempted rate.

No it was nothing but a rumour started by a DS poster, who has not been seen since all his/her 'definite' accounts of what would happen were proved total crap.
Maybe they work for Inside Soap. They 'quoted' it a lot.

You really ought to watch on ITV player say the last 2 or 3 weeks culminating in all of this week, or at the very least all of this week. It's a shame they went down this route but it does give closure. Even to the point where Carl thinks he is invincible just as he did after Grace died. It brings up Tom's death and that sickens her too.

I didn't want Carl to die but due to the route they went down, there was no where else to go once the live episode played out.

As to Chas and Cameron, they were long over before this. She doesn't want him and is ashamed of herself for betraying Debbie.

I would never shock me if Chas tried to kill herself before this is all over. That would help redemption.

I understand. I can't stand Katie either. I had to endure her and Maurel as I caught up on a month of Emmerdale in 5 days. It wasn't fun. I am really only a casual viewer these days.

As to Cameron, he is no way her true love. And after next week's spoilers play out, and when she eventually finds out the truth, I'd imagine she will end up hating him - even more than Carl.

Chas thought she loved Cameron for a short while but he ended up letting her down. Chas is now ashamed of ever being with him.

Record the omnibus, it will all make sense. Tom Lister is brilliant.

BIB - I'm gonna have to disagree with this and say at this moment in time in Chas's head Cameron is definitely the love of her life (so far).

Chas still would have gone off with Cameron now even knowing the pain she had caused.
Not sure she would have lived happily with the guilt but she would have found someway to cope with it.

In no way for myself do I think that Cameron is and should be Chas's true love but that is what the soap (IMO) is intending for us to believe.

Chas did some pretty nasty stuff to Carl in his eyes but still he loved her enough to forgive her and would not let her go so I would say that she was absolutely the love of his life.

Chas had an affair with her nieces's (best friend's ) bloke and was prepared to break her family's heart by leaving with him despite that fact it would cause anger and distress.
And yet even with all of this, she could not forgive Carl for his affair or being to understand how and why he did it. (especially as her affair with Cameron only started because she was lonely and bored and not in love wiith him then)

So I'm sad to say this but any feeling of love that Chas once had for Carl has completely disappeared and this was even the case before he tried to force himself on her

However as far as I'm concern Chas and Carl were the it couple and her fling with Cameron doesn't even come close.
