*waves hand in the air* Me! Trying not to look forward to it too much as no doubt will get cancelled but it looks good so here's hoping it bucks the trend of US shows.

I presume it's a serious drama rather than a black comedy like Rescue Me?

Its produced by Dick Wolfe who is involved with Law & order so should be good.

Hey guys,

Did anyone watch this? I really enjoyed it, but annoyed the family and myself by continuously mentioning the fact that it was too much like Third Watch! Which I use to love

I took one look at the cast and thought "ok, this is for me"

Not watched it yet - but looking forward to it.

Lady Gaga seems to have been bigging it up with her boyfriend being it.

Try not to get too attached. It has not started too well in the ratings so far in the US (big drop after first episode) and has to be in doubt that it will survive more than a few episodes given how US TV is so ruthless with underperforming shows.

Thought the first episode was ok but just reminded me of a lightweight, fluffy, family version of rescue me. Clearly they have tried to copy the format but that guy jess spencer who was in house just dont have the same impact as dennis learey.

I've just watched it having recorded it, I quite enjoyed it. Pleasantly surprised that Lauren German is in it

I spent most of the first episode trying to work out what I'd seen them all in before.

Yeah its full of people that you have seen in other things but just cant place them, the only one I knew straight away was the doctor from the house TV show.

I instantly recognised Steve from Sex and the City (forgotten the actor's name though).

Thankfully it has just recieved a good lead-in (ratings increased 20%). Not amazing, but brighter news. When you compare it to a number of NBC's shows at the moment, it could be worse.

Performing higher than The Office, Parenthood, Grimm, 30 Rock, Parks and Recreation, Community.

Don't get me wrong, incredibly early days - especially for a first season. But if it levels off, with SVU staying solid in front, it isn't too worrying. If it was on CBS for example, it would be gone by now. NBC, not so much. The home of second chances!

My wife and I enjoyed it..a typical first show though, loads going on to try and establish the characters...I had to concentrate hard to keep track of what was happening. We don't tend to think too deeply when we watch TV, such as things like what it reminds us of or who used to be in other shows...we just want some entertainment...on that level, we were entertained and will be back for the next episode!

The third was up and they've ordered five more scripts, so it has a possibility of sticking around a bit.

Watched the first episode and they chucked in just about every cliche going early on. It grew on me a bit though. I'll give it another chance.

Just found out about this from a magazine - I'm interested because Jesse Spencer is in it! Is it worth a watch?

I like it. It's quite 'American' if you get my drift, pretty dramatic but good characters in it.

I have seen the promos for this but haven't watched it, I may start watching it online as I have already missed the first episode on TV.

Ah, Third Watch. Now that was an awesome TV show

Enjoying Chicago Fire though. My mum didn't recognise Billy from Neighbours Couldn't believe it was him when I told her!
