I have several things to add about who gets fired in Week 3 and Week 4 details.
Sherlock Holmes showed me this video which is supposedly from the Week 4 task and shows Steven, Lucy and Andrew on a sub-team together, in a task that involves selling onesies at festivals: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5o-lKcQGrJk If this is the Week 4 task, then this throws up several difficulties. The main thing is that Andrew is on a team with Lucy and Steven, when he seems to be on a different team to them in Week 3. Later in the video, an unclear shot of what may be Alice either interviewing or talking to production staff is shown. If this is her, this indicates that these four are one team. In the promo video, there is a shot of David and Ashleigh in a marquee hugging each other suggesting that this is from the festival task. If it is on the festival task, then things look bleak for Amy in Week 3. In the promo, she is seen in a boardroom with David and Steven, both of whom are supposedly still on board by Week 4. In order for her to survive Week 3, this boardroom must be from Week 5 or later, an unlikely, but not impossible prospect. The Week 1 task has been confirmed to be a task where the candidates must buy old clothes, up-cycle them and sell them on for a profit. This fits with fashion designer Patrick being the boys PM in Week 1. The task information and a clip of the girls struggling are here: http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00y8pgh http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p010ctct In the promo, Ashleigh is seen wearing three different sets of clothes: 1. With Steven at the start 2. With Lucy dancing with the cartoon character 3. With David in the marquee I think the first one is task 3, the third one is task four and the second one is task 2, which is presumably the one with Steven in an astronaut costume and Andrew with the camera which seems to be the advertising task. However, this is just a theory. Finally, I’ll post which task I think each Promo clip is from:

Argh, dammit! The Radio Times site has the listing for Week 2: Quote:
2/8. Alan Sugar challenges the candidates to design and print a trendy cookbook, then pitch it to three major sellers. Conflict arises when Maria, the lone girl in a team of boys, suggests they narrow their readership down to `professional women', while their rivals suffer a distinct disadvantage when it turns out they don't know the difference between a recipe and a list of ingredients - not to mention their inability to spell. Luckily, cupcake queen Lucy is there to pull them together - but will her input be enough to save three of them from a boardroom grilling?
http://www.radiotimes.com/episode/sv...2-cookery-bookThis however, makes me very confused as to who lasts to proper mixed teams and who doesn't. I think that one of Sean and Max quits in Week 1/2 and the other one is fired leaving Maria to go over to Team Boy in Week 2 and a proper team shuffle in Week 3. Unfortunately, I don't know who'll get fired in Week 2, but I'll have a go at predicting: Week 1

The latest previews have Ashleigh as PM in Week 1, not Lucy for the girls. This means that the clip from the preview must be from the initial boardroom briefing as Maria is on the girl's team in the preview and she goes to Boy's Team in Week 2.
Looking forward to tonight! |

Steven switches teams with Maria, I couldn't think why Maria would go to Team Odyssey in Week 2 unless Sean quit, but evidently Sugar wants to switch the teams up early this year.
I agree with you, Sherlock, I was very wary about team prediction once I knew Maria was on Odyssey in Week 2, but now it seems my initial team predictions are right. Week 3 Prediction

Week 3 is indeed Scavenger Hunt: http://www.radiotimes.com/episode/sx...-theatre-props Quote:
3/8. Alan Sugar calls the hopefuls to the London Coliseum, home of the English National Opera, from where he sets the teams a dramatic challenge. They are sent into London with a list of 10 theatrical props they must find, and then negotiate the best possible price. Those that return with the most items for the least amount of money will win. While one set of candidates carefully plan out their route, the others race off - but despite their different strategies both teams end the day in a panic. However, it isn't over until the fat lady sings - or in this case, until Lord Sugar announces the result and summons the losers into the boardroom to send another hopeful packing.
Or at least a variation of it. This'll be where all the clips of Amy, Lucy and David negotiating are from and probably the clip where Ashleigh walks out of the building with Steven saying "That was pants" If this is where all the clips are from, I'll be astonished if Steven isn't Platinum's PM and even more surprised if the boardroom of Amy, Steven and David isn't from this task and if Amy doesn't escape from it.I still think the clip of the bird attacking Maria, Navdeep and Patrick is from this week, as are all the clips with Andrew and Alice. The clothes from both these clips match the one where Navdeep and Maria are attacking Andrew for his management, so I'm confident Andrew wins as PM for Odyssey in Week 3. If all this is true then the identity of Odyssey's PM in Week 4 must be Alice (as she PMs a team of 5 that includes Patrick and Maria It is very difficult to anticipate teams in Week 4, but I'm thinking something like: Odyssey Alice (PM) Patrick Maria David Ashleigh Platinum Navdeep (PM) Lucy Steven Andrew |

It is very difficult to anticipate teams in Week 4, but I'm thinking something like: Odyssey Alice (PM) Patrick Maria David Ashleigh Platinum Navdeep (PM) Lucy Steven Andrew ![]() Don't know if you have any proof of Alice being on a team with Patrick and Maria, otherwise I would personally switch the PM's (to the other team). See also your earlier post where you think that it might be Alice (in the youtube clip) talking to the production staff |

That is definitely Patrick next to Alice and I'm 95% sure that they are Maria's boardroom clothes behind her. Also, she's on a team with Andrew in Week 3, who is, in turn definitely on a team with Navdeep, Maria and Patrick. Plus at about 0:16 on this clip, there's a shot of Alice next to Maria: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=woHdx-aSLbM |

Perhaps it is a huge gaffe from DS, but they are showing the next time preview for Week 3 at this link: http://www.digitalspy.co.uk/tv/s108/...ook-video.html This confirms pretty much everything we know about Week 3:

Also this Tellymix article confirms the PMs tomorrow are Lucy and Sean (due to his publishing experience):
http://tellymix.co.uk/reality-tv/the...cond-task.html Sean seems to be indecisive and overpowered by Maria. Based on the article, I would expect Sean, Maria and Andrew in the boardroom with Sean fired presumably for being indecisive. |

Think Patrick is certianty to get fired the next time he is on the losing team.
I am guessing thats when Lord Sugar will do a double. Its a shame cause I like Patrick but he is clearly out of his depth. |

With Andrew now installed as my new favourite, its irritating that his potential long term clip happened tonight ("I'm sweating like a pig in a butchers!")
Oh well, he appeared in several new clips, though I am unconvinced that any of them are from beyond next week. New Clips The new clips that we haven't been seen before were:

Week 3 Task Lets put a lid on the Week 3 task.

Week 4 and Beyond The tasks beyond Week 3 are: + Selling Onesies at the 2012 WOMAD fair + Task involving a Marquee and costumes + Task involving a cartoon character and an astronaut + Task involving wearing big bags - looks like pottery to me actually. It was assumed that the selling Onesies and the marquee task were the same, but it is physically impossible due to teams:
Spoiler
My guess for Week 4 is the costume marquee task: Week 4
Spoiler
Week 5 Week 5 fits for the advertising task. I reckon the teams will look something like this (a guess):
Spoiler
My guess would then be Lucy and David will be together for the bin bags Week 6 and then the Onesie task will be Task 7 and the 3 v 3 task. Its a bit silly to predict teams so far ahead though, so I'll leave it there for now. This is just a vague outline for now, though. Thoughts? Sorry for the long post! |

I am suprised that there were so many orders for the Where's Mummy cookbook. Do we assume that it will be re-written with the spellings corrected?

Though the boardroom clips from the beginning does seem to spell bad news for that PM (unless this was from week 1). As for the rest, I do agree with it. The clip which seems to feature 2 candidates celebrating a win might be a sub-team, if the format is the same as last year (3 vs. 3 in the semi-final). |

At 0:10, David is seen high-fiving Lucy and both have bin bags on. Could be a reward I suppose? One thing that came to mind is that in the Ashleigh/David clip there can be seen some kind of food cupboard in the background, so I wonder if that is from the same task. Quote:
It depends. LS has accepted that he shouldn't have been taken back this week at all. What if, next week, he is the strongest performer on Platinum and Steven brings him in just because he's already been in the boardroom twice? Harry M survived a lot last year, because in spite of his record, he was a strong performer.
Quote:
Or a sub-team with any task involving four people on a team. For now, we just don't know without further preview clips, which is what I'll be looking out for at next week's starting titles. It is highly likely that Maria and Steven are both safe next week as they probably won't be on a team together and it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the marquees or costumes.

Week 4 is 'Afternoon Tea': http://www.radiotimes.com/episode/sz...-afternoon-tea Quote:
This week’s task for the remaining nine young apprentices is to prepare a themed afternoon tea to sell in the grounds of an English stately home. And the synopsis:One team opt to run a 1940s tea parlour, the other a Mad Hatter’s tea party (certainly their decision to serve delicacies such as jam and cheese sandwiches – yes, you read that correctly – was totally mad). However, you will not believe the chaos that ensues when they finally set up their tea tents at Blenheim Palace (also featured tonight on Channel 4). “It sounds like a chimps’ tea party,” says Lord Sugar, determined to get in his quota of puns, “when it should have been a piece of cake.” Quote:
4/8. The nine remaining candidates are challenged to create a tea service at one of England's most famous stately homes, Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire. The junior business brains select drinks and sandwich ingredients, and then roll up their sleeves to bake cakes, hoping to entice hungry customers into the contestants' themed marquees - and while one team opts for a posh 1940s style, the other goes all out with a Mad Hatter's tea party, including psychedelic buns and cheap sandwich fillings. Will the plan have Lord Sugar grinning like a Cheshire cat, or will it be `off with their heads?'.
By the way, Platinum is the Mad Hatter theme and Odyssey is the 1940s theme. This confirms to us a few things, but the most crucial thing it reveals is that this task is not the onesie task. I predict the onesie task is a 3 v 4 or 3 v 3 task as it isn't seen in any current previews and the team of three suggests it is late in the game. If so these candidates will be safe for a while:
Spoiler
Week 4 teams appear to be no different than Week 3. My prediction:
Spoiler
The crucial thing is, depending on where the Lucy-David bin bag clip is, all of Platinum seem to be safe, meaning this is probably where David gets redemption as PM after three weeks of the boardroom. Safe this week is:
Spoiler
Eligible for firing:
Spoiler
So, I would be surprised if Patrick or Alice didn't meet their firing this week. If anyone, I would predict Patrick to go this week, though I'm not going to rule out a double firing. |

Just quickly -
The teams for Week 4 are the same as this week. David and Alice, as predicted, are the PMs. Pretty sure Platinum win as Maria is standing up in the boardroom shot and sitting down when arguing with Navdeep. Not only this, but no sign of the bin bag clip, which means all of Platinum and significantly David are safe as well. Out of Patrick, Alice and Navdeep, in terms of who will go, I'm actually leaning towards Navdeep. She had a bad week this week, whilst Alice was much improved and Navdeep seems to row with Maria in the boardroom. Indeed if the argument is in the final boardroom, it seems as though Patrick is safe. Everyone else is of course safe (See above post). Eagerly awaiting the identity of the Week 5 task as it will tell us a lot about who survives it. If I had to guess now, I'd say Navdeep is fired next week and Maria and Ashleigh are the PMs the week after (advertising task) with Ashleigh going. All speculation of course for now. |

Week 5 is Kid's Club: Quote:
5/8. Alan Sugar sends the teenage entrepreneurs back to school, challenging them to come up with new ideas for kids' clubs, a potentially lucrative business that can be rolled out across the country through the sale of licences. Odyssey hope their space-themed concept, filled with explosions and alien goo, will be a success, but they have problems when it comes to their pitch. Meanwhile, Platinum's active art class proves a hit with the youngsters, but paint-splattered floors, walls and children have the potential buyers looking on in horror.
This is quite clearly the episode with Ashleigh and Lucy dancing with the cartoon character (which I thought was advertising, but oh well) and it seems to be almost a take on the Fitness Regime task from last year.Crucially, I think the bin bags clip is from this week as Platinum do an Arts class and in the background of the clip are stacked chairs (Maybe from a school?). Teams are difficult. The following are all on Platinum: + Ashleigh + Lucy + David Odyssey is much harder to guess. I think Steven is in the astronaut's costume, but it could easily be Patrick or Andrew. My early guess for teams are:
Spoiler
The firing is even murkier. Because the bin bag clip seems to be this week, David is now eligible for firing leaving just four people definitely safe this week and if Maria and Steven are in a team together, then Maria could also be at risk. The safe candidates are:
Spoiler
Meaning at risk this week is
Spoiler
My gut feeling has been that Ashleigh will go as this is about her time to PM again, but if she loses, then David is potentially likely to fall into his fourth boardroom and is he does, his odds of survival aren't great. So, Week 5 is very unclear for now, particularly as we don't know who is fired in Week 4. My early guess, as it has been for a while is Ashleigh, but it could depend on several things, such as if Alice survives Week 4 and what the teams are. Any thoughts from anyone? |

The Week 5 RT review: Quote:
As we enter week five, the titanium confidence of the youngsters shows no sign of denting. They’re like relentless bluffing machines. In the boardroom, under heavy fire, one of the more arrogant candidates’ eyes start to well with tears and suddenly we’re reminded that after all, he’s just a kid, practically. Stop being so mean, Lord Sugar. They’ve only just done their GCSEs. The part I've bolded is the most interesting part for me. This is most likely to be either Steven or David, imo.Sugar’s rollocking would be understandable if he hadn’t given them such a swine of a task: devise a themed kids’ club. Not a nightclub, you understand, but an activity club for small children — an age group that (we know from previous years) teenagers just don’t get. Not to worry, they’ll do some “market research”, which means having a couple of conversations with punters and using them to back up what you thought before. It’s a recipe for what Sugar calls “the biggest disaster we’ve had”. And the Time Out Synopsis: Quote:
Series 3, Episode 5: Kids Club This tells us very little, although the fact that eight people are left confirms only one person gets fired next week.It is week four, and eight budding entrepreneurs remain in the battle to be crowned Young Apprentice and receive 25,000 pounds to kick start their business ambitions. This week, Lord Sugar challenges candidates to come up with an original kids' club for five- to eight-year-olds. A potentially lucrative business, a unique kids' club concept can be rolled out across the country and make big money through the sale of licences. In just two days, the teams must create a concept and pitch it to industry professionals. The team that sells the most licenses for their kids' clubs will win - and as always, in the boardroom, one of the losing team will be fired. Team Odyssey are hoping their club, a class filled with explosions, alien goo and club mascot Space Face will be a success. But after an off-kilter pitch, the industry professionals are concerned about costing and Odyssey's space concept looks lost in space. Team Platinum's active art class 'the Big Mess' is a hit with the kids, but paint-splattered floors, walls and children have the potential buyers looking on in horror. It would be good to have new preview clips on Thursday, otherwise predicting anything for Week 5 could be very difficult, |
