Is a certain deadly naturalist gay? Strictly confidential you understand?
He has a girlfriend.

I really would love to know some of the thinking of idiots like you - what makes you even think he's gay at all?

Presumably because they are male have something between their legs and a pulse 😄
Oh and if they shave their chest hair and have a bit of designer stubble well that PROVES it !
The fact they may have several kids and also be dating a page three glamour model is of no importance whatsoever

LOL! Totally agree. Every man is Gay according to people on here. The most spurious one I have read is that Daniel Radcliffe is gay because he had no chemistry with the latest actress he shared lead with on his latest movie. He had no chemistry as he has and always will be a crap actor. But no it's because he's gay LOL!

Ha, I read that too!

Anyone who takes care of themselves and has "gay mannerisms" - whatever they are (is this the 1950s) - is apparently gay. Very annoying, IMHO.

Even when celebrities are quite obviously not gay - girlfriends, families, etc - it's all to hide rumours apparently. Some people honestly have a deathwish the way they go on here, because someone will sue them for libel one day.

No. Not in 2014. Any celebrity with half a brain realizes this.

Any famous man in the public eye is gay. There isn't one straight male who is famous according to this thread. Even the ones who are married to women are all gay.
Hey. Don't forget there are no straight men in the public eye whatsoever on this thread. Everybody is gay as a goose.
It's true. Everyone is Gay these days on this thread. The one or two straight people left in Showbiz , must be very nervous about coming out.
And the guy he gave a hug to is married. But on this thread, they're still gay and having a torrid affair.
This is the in the closet Digital Spy thread. It makes no dbifference him being married. He's Gay. OK. As is every famous male. So don't argue. Lol.
I come here for my daily fix of who is gay. Although I don't really need to as every famous male is gay aren't they?
Yes thanks. I was thinking of starting the in the closet straight celebs thread. I then thought nah. There aren't any. Why bother?

A lot of mixed messages there, I'm so confused... how exactly do you feel about this thread?

I promise you that we get it. You think the thread is stupid, your point is well made, so you can go shave your back now.

No mixed messages. I've remained consistent. You obviously don't understand sarcasm. I'll ignore your facetious last comment.

The worst was Jenny Meadows, who refused to believe any good looking celebrity was straight based on the most hilarious "evidence". This included men who cheated on their wives (Ashley cole) and women who were in secret relationships with men (Jessica Chastain).

Speculating about someone sexuality isn't disrespectful unless you absolutely refuse to believe point blank that they are straight and then cry homophobia when people point out how dumb your logic is. That is unacceptable. I remember Robbie Williams saying he wasn't insulted that people said he might be gay, but he was offended by people saying he was lying about who he is.

Unless there is good reason to doubt someone who says they are straight, why do it? I mean good reason to, not delusional wishful thinking logic which echoes that of the poor Ricky Martin fangirls who still think he is straight As I have said before, I knew someone who got really angry when you talked about straight relationships, and insisted they might all be gay or walked out of the room. That is what you call issues!

Of course there are closeted celebrities, but unless they come out we won't know who they are. It's sad they have to hide. Also as someone bisexual, the "they are gay" cries when someone is revealed to be in a relationship with someone of the same sex is annoying.

Err no, as has been stated here before, it's not that they're bothered that people might think they're gay, but they can sue for libel if people are steadfastly accusing them of their relationships being fabricated etc.

People take this thread far too seriously. If you don't like it, stop looking at it. It's really that simple.

I must be in dense mode as I don't understand who that's referring to.

Possibly. There's nothing online that suggests he's married or has a girlfriend.

That assumes that the people doing the suing have half a brain (not related to this thread, but see Lindsay Lohan suing Rockstar Games for supposedly basing a character on her)

I know, it's endlessly disappointing to look up a thread I like to see the same views from the same posters over and over again.

Mark wright soon to appear on Strictly?

Who's saying that? I don't. This isn't a Tom Cruise thread

A five year-old would be unlikely to get the reference.

There have been rumours in the German press which might have originated from one of the players that Philipp Lahm and Jogi Low are lovers. I know Michael Balack certainly alluded to both of them being gay.

Why do people get so uppity about this thread, it's harmless?!

Nobody is slagging off these celebs, they are just speculating on their love lives. I personally believe all humans are bisexual, so you are all gay to me.

Er. no. YOU would be in trouble, because YOU made the libellous statement. DS, unless they had knowledge of libellous posts and failed to remove them, would not be responsible. If you've been under that impression while you've been posting, you're probably lucky you've lasted this long.

And while somebody might not sue because it's been alleged that they're gay, they might be inclined to sue if it's been alleged that their long term relationship is false, that they're an adulterer/pathological liar/all the other things several male celebrities have been accused of in this thread and others.

Saying you think someone might be gay/bi is fine - besmirching their personal relationships and professional behaviour IS NOT. That's the problem I and a few others have with this thread.
Nobody will get in trouble , nobody is going to sue anyone who states their opinion on a public forum.
if they stated it as fact and published that then maybe it might happen but nothing can be done about someone stating their opinion.
i cannot be sued for saying i think so and so might be gay

They're both married to women, so realistically it'll never come out even if it was true

Oh I agree....used to like coming here for a bit of fun and no name innocent innuendo then the boring posters took it over with their long rants and debates on the ethics of saying someone way gay ...yawn ...boring....Jesus some of them need to lighten up
