I wouldn't pay any attention to that FM as they continually out celebs, even those who most people know are well out! On the other hand this allegation of theirs is just that - only an allegation, it's not been proved.

HI All,
I've been meaning to post this for a while...
Don't know if it's common knowledge but-
Shockingly, a friend of mine in the business (who was
in their circle of friends) states Radio One DJ's / Top Of
The Pops presenters Bruno Brookes and Peter Powell
were lovers.
Which makes Anthea Turner a professional "beard" lol

Someone always does tell. But that doesn't mean it gets printed. It's not in the interests of the tabloids or the celebrities to out themselves. Why do you think celebrities enter into PR relationships in the first place? It's a business decision for their brand which the tabloids are happy to buy into because they can sell papers and magazines off the back of them.
