Poor Ian, it seems like his coming out has all been for nothing, because Fergie86 isn't shocked.”
Exactly if he can't shock me it doesn't matter at all

In all seriousness fair play to him he must of struggled with his sexuality and i know he has suffered from depression in the past so i hope him coming out will lead to him having a happy life and i hope any internal struggle is now over for him and people can accept him for who he is. It is now 2014 and it shouldn't matter to anyone if someone is Gay as long as they are happy with it themselves, people shouldn't be treated differently because there Gay. Good luck to Ian Thorpe, but i still maintain it won't shock most people that he has come out as Gay.
