I adored that they basically talked about sex. Like grown ups.

do we think brendan will go to counselling regulary or he give up after his first attempt? I think he could keep going but I don't believe he would actually speak about the sexual abuse, maybe the phyisical one yes but still not in front of cheryl

Oh man, don't mention cocktails. Was so ill last time I had them

#Fact

Eoghan was a catalyst. He made Brendan think, and he reinforced the message about Brendan's brokenness, and he made Brendan describe why he shags randoms. I think he was a good thing.”

BIB - lol.

I didn't hate him really, he felt kind of necessary because he did help to move things along and also being from the old country he brought back into focus family and their past. I'm so excited for the next bit now

BIB: *flails*

I also liked Ste's little insight tonight that grief makes you do funny things.

God, it's a kind of beautiful torture this story, isn't it? ”

I'm not even missing lovely Simon what with all this amazing Stendan action (or lack of action right now, sadly )

It's the best kind of torture.

Oh man, that deli scene. So perfect.

Except the taxi, obviously. But otherwise ... yeah ...

I'm going to fanwank that he was referring to accusing Brendan when Rae died.

The Stug scene. Do we reckon Brendan walked past them head held high, or is he just in the deli alone, making a jam sandwich

Sneaks off out the back ha.

Like going back to Doug
Although that has probably more to do with desperation rather than grief

I love that they know each other so well. That they tell each other things they don't tell other people.

Can we just skip to the part where they're kissing?

You know, I always do, but tonight I LOVED Ste. Keiron was fab. He is caring, but still tough. He understands so much what is going on. No wonder Brendan is in love with him, what's not to love

The latter I think Poor Bren.

I reckon Ste would have succumbed to Brendan right there and then on the deli floor had Doug not turned up!

Oh and I love how Emmett says anything. Aaanin is how is sounds to me. His voice in this last scene with Cheryl is lovely. Damn lip liner distracting me. Again.

Got to say, I love how assertive Cheryl is in that last scene.

But Cheryl, you really, really don't want to know why Brendan is the way he is

Me too. I love their connection. And we're going to see much more of next week too. I feel spoilt.

Oh, I know. I couldn't stop staring at Ste's lips when I was rewatching. It must have been hell for Brendan to resist leaning in again. Although, if Doug's taxi hadn't have pulled up ...
