It's a bit of a shock what they are doing at school. I saw a "memory box" come to a school from a museum and it was full of 1960's toys and games.
I played with thoseMy daughter did "the Vietnam war" in history, and when I told her that It was recent history she asked me all sorts of questions about it
none of which I could answer.....but then I only remember MASH

Her mother had a heart attack so she had to fly back to Poland. I understand she is OK though.

Oh gosh, back Monday?! Mine didn't break up until Wednesday this week and then goes back on the 5th. I always think Christmas comes so quick now once they go back after this holiday
Before I blink it will be the 14th December and they'll be breaking up for Christmas. It goes too quick! I have way too much to do before then lol

Which was set in the Korean War so not much use anyway!

I couldn't agree more! Have been on the "other" thread & suggested a reunion! Not sure where the spoiler will be first etc. Couldn't find this thread again when I came out of the other one
Maybe everything can go back to normal next week.

Our kids broke up this Friday, back Monday 5th. And we don't break up for Christmas until 21st December!! *is jealous*

Nobody on either thread seems to know!
We are creatures of habit here and the division of party and spoiler seems to be upsetting the natural rhythms. Just seen a post on the "party thread" where someone is signing off as it has been a "pants night"
Lets hope we can all be happy wherever we are
