Why does it have to have anything to do with Halloween? Soooooooo boring, Halloween bores me already!

And you may have missed the commercials. the commercials are considerably more interesting than Halloween

Alls I can think is at the beginning of Queen Beyonce's video for Sweet Dreams - she's having a nightmare with a spooky lullaby in the back ground. There performance was crap though how dare they tarnish mother of Blue Ivy's name.

why do people still act surprised when songs dont fit the theme

It had the words "beautiful nightmare" in it, it must be the nightmare connection.

Don't see why the songs should have to fit the theme anyway. They can just have scary sets I suppose. But when the whole universe is bored with vampires and witches and zombies and werwolves, what then? Turd-hurling? That'd be pretty nightmarish!
