I find it all very strange. I always disliked Nicole...thought she came across very up herself in interviews and found her very boring and unlike able...I had thought this for years. When she was a judge on XF USA she was absolutely awful....dull, boring, embarrassing. But then suddenly she becomes a judge in XF UK and it seems she's had a complete personality transplant. She's a totally different person. If she was to be the way she was on XF USA on our version, people would be hating her. She really was terrible. I'm wondering if maybe before she started, Simon told her that she needs to be a bit more loud and "out there". Something has definitely been said as she's never in the past been this loud, free and stealing all the attention. Don't get me wrong, I'm loving her!!! I just find it very odd how she's changed literally overnight.

I think she was told to put on her personality for the US version and it really put pressure on her, hence her bizarre performance. On the UK version, she's been really relaxed and having fun, and it's showing on camera, there's no pressure or tension to act a certain way for ratings or whatever, so she's coming across a whole lot better....

I'm glad for her because she's insanely talented and deserves some more success. I hope we get another solo album from her soon. Her last one was great.

I think she's being herself In The uk version and it's working wonders for her. She's by far the most popular judge.

Tho Dannii was by far the most popular when she was on, yet was treated like crap

She was always more comfortable in the uk. I remember when she was first a guest judge when Cheryl was absent I loved Nicole I really wanted her to be a full time judge the year after when Kelly got it instead . She was the way she is now when she was a guest judge that year. I think she brought in the overs category and put together One Direction (might be wrong). I was disappointed when she ended up in the USA when it'd seemed like it'd be better for her in the UK.

I think Nicole was a bit like a fish out of water in the US one she didn't really get on with them. She seems to get on better with the UK judges.

Maybe Gary shares his red wine before the show starts.

I think her issue was that she's a bit kooky, but on a panel with bat-sh*t crazy Paula Abdul, so to not be the boring pretty one I think she went too far into the mental nice one.

Here she's on a panel with Louis, a chav with little of note to say and Gary, plays along when it suits him, up himself Barlow, so it's easy to be herself and steal the show without going too far.

She is crazy, but likeable IMO ... And in amongst the crazy seems to give the comments that I agree with most out of the judges.

I also think she is a good upbeat balance to Tulisa + Gary who always look like they've just been told that their dog has just been runover.

She's taken over Kelly's ''role'' on the panel, right?

My opinion has totally changed on her. I didn't like her at all before the lives, but I really like her now.
I cracked up when she started singing 'I'm horny, horny, horny, horny''

Even if it is an act, she is thoroughly entertaining. She is bonkers.

Another thing that made me laugh was ''Everyone was so shocked, I don't know why, I was just wearing my latex gear, as one does''

If you remember she was brought into replace Cheryl Cole & did not have the full endorsement she has now from Simon etc. She was muted - perhaps due to the personality of Paula Adbul & the fact US audiences far more conservative than they are here. I love her on UK version & really can you imagine her saying "grow some balls" on US version - it really would not happen!

Am hoping that UK version is nearer the real Nicole than US - plus she has been given a 2nd chance and is making the most of it!
