Tulisa has had issues with the producers - and also, clearly, with Gary Barlow. She isn't the sort of person who likes to be told what to do and what to say, but I strongly suspect that someone is trying to do both and of course she won't like that.
I think she's in the sort of trap that lots of people fall into. Sounds like a great job, sounds like a fantastic opportunity to have an input into what you want to do and to leave your mark, and it pays well too, but when you get there you find you are expected to be a mindless puppet. You're not a mindless puppet, you become disillusioned and unhappy, but you have a contract you can't break and bills you have to pay. I expect that's what's happened to Tulisa. She's stuck in a job she thought she would love, but it isn't what she thought and doesn't feel comfortable in it. They probably think they've bought her soul and she has other ideas, so there is probably a lot of friction That sort of thing happens a lot in all kinds of employment and all income levels. It happened to me quite recently and I've gone back to my old job now. I hope Tulisa can find a way to live her life and be true to herself without selling her soul. Correction, I know she will and I look forward to reading her revelations once she's left XF
