Brendan did some stuff with candles, he gave money to the McQueens and had some banter with a kidney patient.

He was trying to become a better man and really loved Ste.

Sadly he was an active gay and so hellbound.

I think Brendan is guilty of GBH, regardless of the fact that its "not as bad" as hitting someone with a baseball bat. Has it ever been confirmed that he broke his ribs with the first punch? I can't remember. Either way, he's definitely guilty of it; GBH is such a broad spectrum and technically can cover acts where no physical harm is induced, it even covers lying or hiding the fact you have an STD in order to have sex with someone, so I think Brendan's calculated violence against Ste, would definitely be categorised as GBH, it was too severe to be common assault, and considering it was all preempted and done with intent - in my opinion, from my limited knowledge, I really think he could be charged with it.

I think they should bring in Ste's long lost never mentioned before twin brother, Noah. Ste can ride off into the sunset with Brendan while Kieron remains in the show with a completely different persona.
