Robbie Williams
Am I the only person in the uk who finds him arrogant and irritating?

I quite liked him back in the 90s until I discovered that most of the stuff he'd "written," was actually co-written by him and the main driving force behind it, Guy Chambers and then he felt he was "good," enough to go it alone..
That didn't exactly work out did it? I find him irritating in the extreme as a performer, he seems incapable of actually singing a song without "wise-cracking," all the way through. I was never a fan of Take That, but I bought and loved both of their albums which didn't involve him and was devastated that they took him back and didn't buy the subsequent one..hopefully the next one they make will be a 4 piece effort.. I won't even go into what I think about his ability to give a "masterclass," on anything musical. Thankfully, I taped the show this evening and was able to buzz through his performance, though I did catch the bit where he was prancing about on the cat-walk...looking like he'd been eating too many donuts.. Rich. x |
