Yet again we see the X Factor is anything but a show to find the best talent in the UK. The judges voted out the act that they knew was their biggest competition.
Shameful. |

Utterly pointless boy bands represent a much better investment for the utterly pointless pop producers.

I never really see all the fuss myself. There are only 3 class acts: Ella, James & Jahmene.
They should be the final three and they probably will be. Does it really matter whether Fred Bloggs comes 5th, 7th or 9th? So long as the final three are who they should be. |

Did you even listen to the sing-off or do you just hate her for some bizarre reason?
She was woeful last night , horrendous performance and the rest of her songs have been forgettable , shes isn't a great vocalist , theres no shame in that though , shes a nice girl and has the look but after that it just all falls apart. |

Best vocalist... Worst vocalist more like. She was rubbish, the only performance that was half decent was dido.

She's a good singer, she looks more like a potential star than anyone else in the competition, but she never really seemed like her heart was in it, for some reason.
Even if they'd saved her she'd have gone in a week or two, so what does it matter? |

She could have easily been right back in it next week and that's what the judges were worried about so they kicked her out with truly pathetic excuses in favour of an insufferably dull boy band who were awful in the sing-off. |

![]() I thought that she was very good in the sing off and even Louis thought so. |

the same with union j surely?
As for Jade, she totally outsang them in the sing off but her 2 most recent Saturday performances have been dire. Tulisa let her down with song choice this week, she should have done Stooshe, Black Heart. |

She was awful last night, just being able to do a big emotional number on a Sunday is not showing you have the X Factor.
UJ will be one of the three most successful acts this year (note not necessarily top 3 in the show though) they have a future in the industry, Jade has a future on the dole. |

Decent boyband who have a possibility of getting quite far are saved over a decent vocalist who doesn't have a good enough backstory and didn't get enough airtime at the early stages.
Jade is better than quite a few of the acts left, but she reminds me of Sophie Habibis. Popular on DS but not with the general public. |

I'll probably get shot for saying this but I actually like Union J better than 1D.

I've just watched it, as I recorded it earlier..
Obviously, not a popular result in the studio..and for good reason. What is wrong with Gary Barlow? He's one of my all time heroes, but I'm slowly losing respect for the man who I thought would come in and give honest appraisals of the musicianship and talent demonstrated by the contestants. Firstly, Union J..it was good to hear them actually sing and attempt a harmony based song, instead of the pap that Louis has got them to sing.. I didn't expect them to be in the bottom two merely because I thought/dreaded that we had another One Direction on our hands.. However, they sang bravely and produced some harmonies, some of which were seriously dodgy, but at least, under pressure they attempted it, so, having survived I'd like to hear more. However, Jade BLEW THEM OFF THE STAGE.her performance was nigh on note perfect and sung with such conviction it was totally moving. Like in the first week, it should've on the basis of what we've just heard have been bleeding obvious.. I'm not a fan of "deadlock," but I thought Mr Barlow might've at least taken it to that point.. All I can say is I wish Jade all the best, she's not been one of my favourite acts but like others who've gone before her she deserves better that this. Rich. x |

Then, why bother with a "sing-off?" Why put them through it, if it's not to be judged on the best performance produced on the night? Rich. x |
