don't get the immense dislike for chris baloney
he's one of my least faves along side rylan and lucy, but im starting to feel sorry for the guy, for the amount of abuse he gets.
yes he fakes his nerves, but is that the worst crime of the century. |

I am sure we can come up with at least 20 worse crimes than his nerves.
1. His awful cabaret-style voice. |

I don't think it is fair, I am not a fan, he is too dated but they bang on about it being about the ability to sing when they put Rylan down, well Christopher can sing really well so they need to make their minds up, if it is about vocal ability he is up there with the best of them.

Constantly appealing to the public, with a pleading face and ever so 'humble' approach , is utterly repulsive

Its his desperation that i find off putting.
I also find him a bit petulant and get the impression hes got a temper on him. When someone says something negative and the shaking starts i dont think its nerves i think it looks like hes controlling a temper tantrum. |

This week just made me realize how unfair producers and judges are being with him. He sounded really good. Never been a fan but I'm starting to realize that they are not giving him a fair chance for no reason.
TPTB keep drilling people with the idea that he is dated, cruise ship singer, cabaret singer, karaoke singer, etc. I don't think there is a problem with being cabaret singer specially with those pipes!! Christopher can really sing and has a very good stage presence too. He won me over this week and hope people keep voting for him be because there are far worse singers still in the competition who should go first like Lucy, Union J, Rylan and District 3. |

He's alright. It would have to take something out of the ordinary for me to have an opinion on a game show contestant's personality, good or bad.
Run of the mill singer but better than Rylan, or any boy band act. |

He just annoyed me when he won the wildcards, I really wanted it to be Time Red but wouldn't have minded if it was Amy, then he wins and goes and sing Hero! It's a slap across the face!

It's getting like the Leveson Inquiry on some of the other threads. All sorts of evidence being submitted.
He'll be up in front of the Parliamentary Select Commitee by Wednesday. |
