Syncing Bookmarks in IE9/10

Is it possible to sync bookmarks between 2 or more computers with Internet Explorer in the same way as Chrome/Firefox?
If so, how?

Try Xmarks: http://www.xmarks.com/

On Windows 8 you'll need to use the desktop version of IE10 as the MUI version is restricted when it comes to add-ons

So if I was to purchase a Surface, I wouldn't be able to sync bookmarks between it and my computer?

You can not run normal exe's on a surface that has windows 8 RT, you need to wait about 90 days for the Surface Pro that has full blown Windows 8 Pro that can run exe's and MUI Apps

So I would have to basically pay a premium for what is essentially a basic function.
Where as if I switched to Chrome and purchased a Nexus tablet which are around a quarter of the price I could sync all my bookmarks as standard without having to use a 3rd party service to do it.

A surface Pro is more like a laptop/tablet than just a tablet
