I've wrote a song about the XF. It's about older contestents not being able to progress in the competition. It's a parody of Eric Idle's song "One Foot in the Grave".
---------------------------------
They say I might as well face the truth,
Im on the fix factor for the youth,
Can't sell enough records at this age,
I was lucky to get to this stage,
They say im over the hill,
But still fit for some fodder,
Saturday night and i'll put on my clobber,
Clapped out, rundown, it's not all the rage,
A prop on the stage, A prop on the stage
Oh I still like a belter or two,
It beats most of my past times it's true,
I'll still keep on my act till I drop,
Though I have many miles on the clock,
So I'm waiting, hating to be put on my way,
It's true that the public don't want me to stay,
But give me a chance and i'll start a new phase,
A prop on the stage, A prop on the stage
