Yes, maybe I should have done a small yes, got email confirmation now and it says 4-5 weeks delivery! Well at least my son can open a card with a print out saying the phone is on the way

1-2 weeks for me too. Still too long!!! I am joking. Feel for the others having to wait a month. Hopefully it's just Google covering their arses and everyone gets them quicker.

Just order it now and cancel your 8GB order. If I remember correctly, Google gives you one hour to cancel an order.

got the kids 16GB versions

thanks to the DS posters for the heads up

anyone still struggling check that the site is English (UK) at the bottom - mine said out of stock until i changed that despite stating the price in GBP.

might have been coincidence but ......

I should hope so too. I was shocked to see that it's already at #5 on the UK's best selling phone list...the UK is a major market along with the US, so they must have prepared this time.

I want the bumper though. I was going to order it in advance but didn't. I wish I had now.

couple of these ordered too..... have one for my Gnex and after 12 months its still perfect and gives great protection

Lol I ordered mine on my Nexus 7 so I got a notification straight after. It's gone up to 4-5 weeks if you order now....glad I heard about this....

Yeah considering even if you sent it special delivery (Next Day) with royal mail it wouldn't even cost that, It would be about £6.
