Ok so Recently a fan tweeted Danja who was one of the main producers Britneys critically Album Blackout which was released in 2007.

Still waiting for you collab with @britneyspears! #itsbritneybitch that's all we need." He responded: "Coming!!"

Then Britney Spears Tweeted: I heard Happy Birthday Blackout was trending earlier... thank u all for loving the album as much as I do. Blackout 2.0?

This is the the 1st time as from what i can re-call she has actually mentioned she loves Blackout

Some fans are speculating that it could be a Blackout 'Re-release with Unreleased Tracks with some new songs.

I however very much doubt that i think herself and her team have took note that Blackout is a fan favourite and have wanted another album like Blackout ever since it was released.

Im not saying Copy the style again but to take the creative inout she had with producers song writers and have that Urban/Grimy feel which Blackout had. Im all for Danja being on board his work with Britney is amazing.

His songs:

Get naked:http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wOK6r91NHrY

Blackout 2.0 to all intents and purpose was Femme Fatale for me at least just with a more commercial element aimed at the masses. For me i'd rather she made an album with the creativity and imput that she had on Blackout and took it in new and interesting directions rather than a rehash of old sounds Blackout worked as it was a record fully immersed in where she was at that time and a sort of representation of herself at that period so definitely more experimental if not Blackout 2.0.

I feel like perhaps...with more thinking this may be a more Urban/Honest sequel to Femme Fatale....Femme Fatale had elements of Blackout acros it...some hidden darkness, Dub injected in there...a forward thinking feel and some ironic lyrics here and there....main difference...it was made with commercial intent and Britney wasnt "behind the wheel" so to speak.

By the sounds of this Britney has got Danja and Darkchild on board to work something insane for 2013....an to round off her label with a bang i reckon.

An experimental album would be cool and maybe album 9 should be Original Doll or a collection of unreleased songs. Blackout was definitely one of her best albums though.

JP and CNBC i agree with you both i would like to see her explore more of the R&B/Urban/House vibes that she sort of played around with before going all elctro as its sort of untapped territory and as with Original Doll where she had her most control and imput i think it'd be good to go like Madonna Hard Candy which was a more urban step up but retaining the qualities of COADF Britney should keep the best bits of FF and push things foirward.

Maybe that is what they are going back to...i do feel In The Zone and Blackout are her "opuses" you know??

I mean 2003 for me is a sublime year for Pop music when it went really balls outt here in so many different ways and took risks left right and centre...and Britney did that....basically forget the Disney/Nicey Poptart you all know...imma let loose and have Orient in there and Smutty Jams and R&B and Trip Hop....and Blackout was like...so the world hates me...lets have a good time with it shall we??? i loved that real nitty gritty it was like she recreated The ROcky Horror Picture Show in an underground chamber of a Berlin Club and let loose.

Circus back peddled on that a lot and basically went...what if Britney made her debut album in contemporary Pop music...no,no,no....and then Femme Fatale was like..actually lets give fans what they want and play to mainstream radio and meet in the middle....in the meantime Max Martin sells right now so lets hook up with him and do some Blackout stuff....fun, crazy, close to perfect Electropop

Now i feel we are ready to get "real Britney" again....the one thats britally honest and has fun with it too...an album that closes her RCA chapter and opens a new door into a new reinvention.

I agree she needs to get behind the Wheel and get back to being creative as we know she has it in her she really fell by the wayside by backpeddling with Circus which was a weak watered doen Blackout without the spark, creativity, or fearlessness. Femme Fatale for me was a great album at blending the elements of Blackout and her earlier commercial albums so i feel with that in mind the time is Ripe for going out on a limb again and move away from the electro dance and make a huge leap forward which has been missed since Blackout.

Erm...YES!!!

Ill be there for that...interesting with Hard Candy is that i always saw it as a Synthpop record with Urban tinges and contemporary elements here and there too...kinda like Ms own Blackout as it were actually....

But yeh with Original Doll it is like Britneys true masterpeice that never happened....i mean in 2005 she said she wanted to start a new label with Sony (like M did with Maverick i guess) when she was to release Doll in 2006 but all of it was scrapped...and history is history....but i would LOVE if Britney got that genuine buxx back again definitely!

Maybe reinterpret songs off of Original Doll into a new context with Danja....the difficult thing is personally Britney is in a new happy place with her family, career and relationship wise...she is pretty stable to the world...so maybe an insight into her mind and hidden darkness would be slick

I would love for an album executive produced by Danja and Darkchild. Like 5 tracks from each, with 1 Bloodshy and Avant track and 1 Dr Luke/Max Martin track.

For me thats what i agree with most Original doll that period leave it behind it never happened and where she was she isn't now so doing records like that and Blackout but updated would not work but in the context of an insight n to her mind i think the time is ripe get some great producers from teh past Danja who get the best out of her with some new up and comers and just stay away fromthe Guetta style dance

10 solid songs perhaps??? but like no world tour...just maybe 3 singles and videos and some radio calls in perhaps to ensure radio play....but not to waste too much time and energy into making a world tour happen because i do feel for her right now when she does because i dont sense full enjoyment from her when i see images of her live action.

I sense she needs to be total passion and forward thinin with it again anyhow.

But Danja and Britney to both Produce the project and have Darkchild maybe Bloodshy & Avant in there and a 10 solid track album would be enough

Ideally I'd love to see Britney release an EP sometime in Spring 2013 as a final release on RCA Records before she moves on and signs up with another label to kick start a brand new phase in her music career.

The EP would consist of 8 brand new songs..... 3 produced by Danja, 3 by Bloodshy & Avant, 1 by Darkchild, and 1 by some cool underground producer. Britney served as Executive Producer.

All the tracks would be dark, edgy, and pop with an urban twist.

Two singles would be officially released, and Britney would do some TV/Print/Radio promotion to create awareness of the EP.

After that it would be time for album number 8.... and time to take her career to the next level.

I like that idea just focus on Promo for the album with solid, singles, and visuals and fully immerse herself in the era because remaining detached and not promoting is ruining her career X factor is bringing her across as involed and empowered lets translate that into the music

So does this mean we might finally get a Part 2 to Break The Ice?

"to be continued..."

oooh interesting we may do....but didnt Break The Ice kinda get continued with Kill The Lights??

So i dunno plus i think Britney or rather RCA will wanna showcase Britney off rather than relying on animated Spears action..although i rather enjoyed the video for Break The Ice

I would like an album from her that I love as much as Blackout, but I'm not sure that I want a Blackout 2.0 simply because it's difficult to re-create a certain time in her career. As someone else has said already, on a personal level she couldn't get any lower, yet she released her best album at that time. I think that's why so many people like Blackout.

I've liked a couple of songs since and I have Circus and Femme Fatale, but Blackout is still my favourite Britney album.

Totally...Britney needs to be Crazy Spears in order to channel her most absurd and dark inner being tbh..In The Zone did that perfectly with a focus and Blackout did that on a more emotional level....but RCA and Spears herself i feel has been restricted...even the "darker directions" arent dark compare dot where she went...we will have to see.

The impression i get is she is an entirely happier place she's more carefree and easy going and i would like her to channel that in the opposite direction think the joy and spontenaity of Light Years really kind of get into that Blackout mentality of putting your life to music im hoping she goes dub heavy it so suits her.

Personally I would like Britney's next album to be much more stripped back and acoustic/live sounding.... it would be a great departure for her as an artist and would give her a chance to show another side to herself as a singer and performer.

Britney's got a great raw voice that is deep and raspby and soulful...... I want it all on one album!

OMG YES!!! i`m down for Danja anytime big fan of his work not just with Britney but others too, i really really hope "Bloodshy & Avant" are also involved in her next album i believe they will be as they have been on every album since "in the zone" (toxic / piece of me / unusual you / how i roll / trip to your heart < i still love that song from femme fatale ) i think with these guys contributions and some of Brit`s we could have a really great pop album on our hands
