OFCOM are to consider auctioning of further 3G licenses in the UK. This is bound to put pressure on the stupid mobile companies who paid billions on 3G. No doubt no one will be stupid enough to bid that sort of money again?! This could be a major disaster for 3G operators if someone comes along and gets a cheap bit of spectrum.
