excellent baileybots...the very idea that it could be is ludicrous..phone companies, people counting, ITV, BMG..there are reputations at stake for goodness sake..whatever steve gained in sharongate...he lost in the sharon fanclub. ..G4 fan club...both sides double, triple voting and all the mud slinging effects would cancel it all out..HE won..G4 will be signed and thats it

it looks like there are still a lot of people that cant accept it, its a shame all the people concerned have to come out and defend it
I dont think the voting is rigged, many people would like to believe it but it was cause to much trouble in the end if it was rigged, people have to accept whent heir favourites out, their favourites out.

i think all this deal signing is a lot of spin by louie, they might have had offers but they cant do a thing for the next three months without simons say so, somehow i dont think louie will like that
G4 are'nt signed to Simon as in having a record deal, they are under contract, because any of the losing contestants are not allowed to release anything for 3 months. After this 3 months, Simons contract lapses and Louis is free to sign them up. afaik

Louis is a manager, not a record producer.......they are already under his management. The other contestants are not allowed to sign and release any material for 3 months......with other record companies. G4 are signing with Sony/BMG so therefore this rule does apply as Sony/BMG sponsored the X Factor.

syco is independant of sony/ bmg the rules do apply even if sony /bmg sponser the winner, syco has no tyes to any record company
So if G4 are signing with sony/bmg, are they still bound by the 'not allowed to release anything for 3 months' clause?. ie sony/bmg signed them up to ensure they have a contract with G4, so they can release stuff after 3 months?.

basically yes,... only simons permission through syco can let them release a record before the three months are up
which he aint going to do with OLD Stevie getting booed he will be needing all the times he can get now to promote him to have something credible. it means none of them can do anything unless the contract says so and I thinks the contract allows g4s and the others to have a bit of promotion in the maggys and media, but no records can be released, released YES you understand now but they can do a deal and it can be sorted, they can sit and write songs, they can sit and make arrangements they can sort lots but not do it til whatever date in march the contract it up for me that is March 12. and think sony is sony classic I read over on the pop idol uk site anyway and I thinks they knows what they was on about.
