Now they have announced they are making a new star wars film and george lucas isnt going to direct, who would you like to see put there twist on the star wars universe?

A friend of mine says it should be quentin tarantino but i was thinking maybe Guillermo del Toro.

Joss Whedon would have a lot of respect for the history and overall SW universe.

Think Zack Snyder could also do an awesome job on the movie.

Ed Wood's zombie. Seriously, he couldn't ruin this one.

Whedon will be heavily involved with Avengers 2, which will also be released in 2015.

There's also his involvement with the proposed SHIELD tv show.

George Lucas would do a good job without the pressure of producing, I'm sure he could come to some sort of agreement with Disney.

Rian Johnson, brad bird, Duncan jones, Matthew Vaughan, timur bekmambetov, Neil blonkamp would be on my list.

Pick a real fan of the series to write it.

If they weren't busy with other things, then Peter Jackson and James Cameron would surely top the list.
