I want Syed to be HONEST about how he feels - suffocated by Christian whatever.
But bringing up Christian's past behaviour just seems facile to me. Christian has PROVED himself as a loving, reasonable and supportive partner.
Syed has failed at that. And this is the issue.
The reasons for Syed's failure may go back to the past, but I hardly think that this behaviour as a cause of the present debacle holds much water really.
It's Syed's feelings about his life and Christian's part in that that are important, not tit for tat.
Because that's sort of irrelevant - even if tit is descriptive and the tat stall was a problem.
