I saw Soul Sister a couple of weeks ago, it's fantastic, enjoy !

I have watched EE for years but for the last few months I have just been taping it and only watching Chryed & Masood scenes. None of the characters or storylines interest me in the slightest, I will probably keep up with the Masoods via spoilers. I had actually stopped watching in 2009 but a certain couple brought me back to it ! I am also really disgusted and disillusioned with the way tptb have treated Chryed, so I feel I will be done with it when they leave.

I love Tina Turner. I think she's awesome and have a list of her songs my computer. When I was in London a couple of months ago, I really wanted to see Soul Sister but never got the chance. However when I heard it was coming to my home town for a week, I booked tickets on the spot.

I don't expect I'll keep watching after Chryed leave. I might dip in and out casually, but there's just nothing to stay for, really. Jane's gone, old Lucy's gone, Kim and Denise are going round in circles, the Brannings have too much screentime and this Sharon/Phil thing is just so contrived that its difficult to get engaged. When I think about how NYD got me totally hooke on EE and I think now if I wasn't watched it would I get hooked, I'm pretty sure the answer would be no.

Two weeks left, that's absolutely crazy. I know for sure I'll be a mess when they leave.
As for watching EE afterwards...it's hard, because I've been watching it for four years without missing a single episode so to suddenly not watch it might be easier said than done I do know that I'll be watching all the Masood scenes though, and will most likely tune out during everyone else :sleep:

Oh, bad times

I've watched EE on and off since I was 7 but I won't be watching when Chryed leave. I've only watched for the last 2 years for the Masood's/Chryed and a handful of other characters. I'll catch up on the Masood's scenes and keep hoping that the show improves, but until it does, I can't be bothered to keep watching the likes of Derek, Alice, Joey/Lauren, Titney, Kat/shadow etc. Lifes too short to waste time watching that!

When does the cast list for the 15th get released?

I still think Tanya will get the duff duff especially when you remember Richard's answar at the con.

Without even knowing what Richard said I still think she'll get the duff duff. Chryed will be gone in the first five minutes then it'll be Brannings, Brannings, Brannings :sleep:

I am contemplating taking the 16th off work so I can watch old Chryed clips on yt and weep - but I wonder whether that's going to far

Plus I doubt EE care about giving Chryed the send off which is most fitting if it means a shock duff duff branning moment. :yawn:

Chryed are an end of an era though. They deserve the final scene of the episode complete with Julia's theme.

Just thought id start with my feelings on Tuesdays ep. I dont know if Danny is lying. Its so unclear yet but im more leaning towards him lying if im honest. The spoilers may be hinting at something having gone on between them and Christian does call him a cheat in their make up next week but i really dont know whar to think. I guess its so ambiguous right now im unsure.

Id like Chryed to get the duff duff but i think Tanya is the pull for viewers for the following week and tptb dont care as shown by this idiotic leaving storyline that even the main actors involved dont understand.

Just to update you all. Im still pregnant. No movement and with just 1 week exactly to go we're on tenterhooks waiting for any little contraction to start. Dan has even blown up the birthing pool and left in our study until such times its needed, just so we are prepared. Its sooooooooo scary how close it is now. With Chryed leaving in 2 weeks and me due anyday now, 2 big events in my life will take place so close together. Wonder what will happen first? Hopefully my son comes first as i want to watch Chryed and enjoy (if thats the right word) their departure as we get our happy ending. Im still certain they will leave together. Id rather be knackered having just given birth than still be pregnant and praying for 30 mins that he doesnt come. Plus id be a week overdue then and i cant put up with another week of this never mind 2 or 3.

Yeah, I think they might not get the duff duff. One last final kick in the teeth from tptb. By rights they should get the whole ep and Julia's theme. But, tptb don't give a damn about them.

It would just be typical...losing the duff duff and a potential JT to a fricking Branning (even though I like Tanya). :sleep:

BIB - absolutely, this is what I keep reminding myself whenever I have a low moment about them leaving or the storyline in general.

I think the next 2 weeks are going to be awful to sit through simply because Chryed are going to be miserable the entire time bar their final few minutes.

I think we'll get the duff duff - TPTB wouldn't dare do otherwise :sleep: - but I'm concerned that it'll be an underwhelming exit because there's still tension between the boys. Christian is about to leave for America, so it would need to be a pretty big turnaround for their reunion to be believable.

I genuinely couldn't tell you who I think will get the duff duff....it's 50/50, isn't it? Tanya finding out about her sister still being alive, or Chryed - two long term and popular characters - leaving permanently.

Tanya has more chances the week after to get the duff duff when she meets her sister so maybe that works in our favour? But then since she's top of the spoilers it might mean she gets the duff duff.
Basically I don't know :sleep: but I hope EE give us this one last thing. /retreats back to delusional corner
