If Louis goes, then Noel Gallagher should do it, he'd be brutally honest with the acts (though I doubt he'd want to do a show like X Factor)

Simon, Cheryl, Nicole and Louis could be realistic. Will.I.Am might do it if Simon doesn't.

Believe it or not he's actually a huge fan of the show and said he'd do it for £1m. He was asked by Simon to do last years but he turned it down.

I have a feeling Tunisia will opt out next year. Her heart seems to have gone.

Can't see Cheryl and Nicole on the same panel.

If it ends next year possibly Simon, Sharon, Cheryl and Louis.

I think we probably all need to realise that Simon won't ever be back for a full series of X Factor in the UK. Taking that into consideration, I think the panel should be:

Robbie Williams - Replacing Gary. I'm not entirely sure if Robbie would replace Gary because obviously that's bound to cause personal problems. Robbie, idealy would be perfect, but if he can't, then I think Will. I. Am should jump ship to The X Factor and ditch The Voice.

Nicole Scherzinger - During the auditions she didn't really stand out up against all the guest judges, and I was thinking that ITV had made a poor choice, and should've gone Rita instead. But in the live shows, she is the stand out judge. Fantastic at what she does, and is a great mentor. I think she's the best female judge the show has ever had in all it's series.

Sharon Osbourne - Replacing Tulisa. I love Tulisa, and she's actually imo up there in the top three judges the show has had BUT although she is a great judge, she's not really that credible. The X Factor always gets slated in the press, and it doesn't help that they have someone like Tulisa who isn't really that qualified. Sharon on the other hand is perfect. We need her back, she's fantastic!

Taylor Swift - Replacing Louis. The Voice has the three men panel, and I think an unbalanced panel when it comes to genders, really works! Although, like Tulisa, I really like Louis, if the show wants to bring back viewers I think he has to go. He's not credible enough for the job. I mean all he manages now is Jedward.. which really says a lot. So I think The X Factor should have a panel made up out of three females and one male. I love Taylor, she's fantastic, and really would fit it. Nicole, Sharon and Taylor would all get along nicely, and I think Robbie would like having three girls.

As for the hosts I think Caroline should be promoted as Dermot's co-host. Having two hosts would be perfect!

I then think Olly on Xtra Factor should be joined by Fern Cotton! Perfect!
