I don't think I've seen nearly as many films as I should have, but these are my top 10 in no real order (I'd probably come up with a completely different list tomorrow!):

Toy Story trilogy
Back to the Future 1/2
Indiana Jones 1-3
Finding Nemo
Forrest Gump
American History X (doesn't quite fit with my other choices, but an amazing film!)
E.T.
Lion King
Matrix
Dark Knight

Not best of all time, just the ones that I think are excellent.

Hiroshima Mon Amour
Bicycle Thieves
The 400 Blows
Kiss me Deadly
Cleo from 5 to 7
The Shawshank Redemption
Assault on Precinct 13 (Carpenter)
Invasion of the Body Snatchers
The Incredible Shrinking Man

Tenth, not in the list really but I have sentimental reasons for incluision:
Johnny Guitar
