Reheat ready made lasagne
I had a microwave lasagne but I had to run to the chip shop for the rest of the family, and now it's too cold, can it be reheated now?

It may not be as nice because you will be reheating/cooking the pasta and cheese again so it may dry out.
The packaging says not to but it's just ass covering. It's more for cooking it, leaving it in the fridge for a few days etc. and the fact that the quality wont be as good and they dont want you complaining saying it wasn't as nice when reheated. If you make sure it's up to temp then it will be fine. |

OK thanks, it did say on the packaging not to reheat but I couldn't see why not to be honest!

You shouldnt have reheated it you could have been poisoned. You can only reheat cooked foods once because of the cooling process and bacteria growth. You were lucky.

I know a bloke who reheats/re-microwaves everything regularly, doner kebabs, pizza, Indians, Chinese, pork, chicken the lot, reckons he has never had a problem.
