She's an excellent candidate in the show. Where would we be without the bossy, loud, irritating one who will never, never win but must stay as long as as is feasible to keep the audience figures up and interest in the franchise. At least the kids can't say they aren't being treated just like the adults.

She's certainly quite a feisty character. I think poor Shaun was terrified of her!

She does seem pretty popular with the other girls though. I think there must be a nicer side to her.

I like her. I'd like her better if she stopped pulling disgusted faces ,but she is plucky & unafraid to speak out. Who could that possibly remind the Boss of ? She is also articulate.
I daresay Sugar didn't get where he is from sitting quietly in a corner & saying nothing,so he will admire that in her. The trick for her now is to rein it in just a tad & she will get another few weeks out of this.
I must say my jaw dropped when she called Sean "a pushover"....in front of Sugar & co in the boardroom, for listening to her on the section of the public they needed to target . This girl has the chutzpa Sugar relates to.

She is annoying and although she delivered good pitches that counted for nothing because
the idea she shouted about under the guise of being "strong" was rubbish. LS said Patrick deserved to be in the boardroom because of bad pitch but that was unfair imo. The bad idea was the fault. The pouty face pulling should have got her fired.

Or they want to keep on her good side.

Yes, they're probably terrified of her.

I'm terrified of her.

On the show or in bed?
I would imagine she'd be very dominant in the bedroom

I don't think so, because we saw the girls saying how much they hoped she'd come back when she wasn't there.

She is very irritating....also the three girls in the sub team. Useless.
God yes, the one with the funny mouth (sorry but I cant remember all the names yet!) had a lot to say for herself and all of it rubbish, but the Irish girl should have gone as she came up with the silly Woman Professional idea and browbeat everyone into going along with it, after last weeks firing of Max I said to my OH this is going to be one of those series where all the sensible intelligent ones are sacrificed for shouty show offs, seems I may yet be right...

I have to say that she has an awful lot to learn. I know she is young, but she obviously has great belief in her abilities, and her attitude got her on the programme ahead of the thousands who didn't....but....her behaviour is bullish and in the real work place, she would be accused of bullying.

There is a fine line between being persuasive and manipulative, and finer between being assertive and aggressive. The skill of a good business person is knowing this and remaining persuasive and assertive, but never a bully. She is, and to make it worse, she sulks.

By the way, she is an attractive wee lass, but that counts for nothing in business

I loved it when SA was doing the wind up "you're fired" bit and she started to blub. Given that she's had this treatment once, I'm hoping next time it's for real and she sits there looking smug only for it to be real and she has a nervous breakdown or something. Her voice really grates on me too, along with the one that has a mouth like a fish (Amy I think her name is).

What makes everyone think she is Irish? She hasn't indicated her chosen nationality yet has she?

She is British - as Belfast is part of the United Kingdon - no choosing required!

The constant eye-rolling made her extremely punchable: I very much doubt she's any good either. She'd better keep it zipped this week for my own sanity...

Used simply because "That British one" wouldn't have narrowed it down much would it? and based on accent, not some "statement of nationality"

She has an Irish accent therefore she is Irish. Settled.

Not keen in the slightest, she didn't seem to take any of Lord Sugar's advice on board from last week.

Maybe when she sucks it up and becomes a PM one week she can show us all the skills she thinks the people she constantly badgers and belittles are lacking.

When it comes to it i'll wager she'll flounder.

Northern Irish citizens have the right to choose between a British and Irish nationality.

Used simply because "That British one" wouldn't have narrowed it down much would it? and based on accent, not some "statement of nationality"
"That Nothern Irish one" would have though.

She has an Irish accent therefore she is Irish. Settled.
I am sure many Irish people would be insulted to have a Northern Irish accent associated with there own.
