It's really hard to know with how out of order they've been filming. I'd bet anything it's not all as clear cut as we might assume though. After the wedding, I mean.
Yes, if they're filming December as well as stuff that's airing a week or so ahead of filming, who knows what's going on.

Oh yeah, I agree.

The fact that Stug get married, no drama and they both survive the crash means there is something bigger. Then there's Doug not able to let go of the past after they've already got married.

Brendan will only be in custody until after their wedding has already happened, so there is definitely something to come, we just have no idea what it is

If Ste and Doug do stay together for quite a while after the wedding, what was with Emmett and Kieron filming in the Dog as well as Emmett filming with Ela?

Tis all very bizarre
The Emmett/Ela scene could take place after the wedding. We know she's probably gonna stay in the village after that, so...
The Stendan scene at the Dog could take place after Dublin.

I did, I really did love him with all my heart.

I need Ste to say this again about Brendan. But I am also really loving the fact that when he and Doug are over, he'll barely have two words to say about him.
He was a gentle lover. And... err... he went behind my back every chance he got. He threatened me with his shiny knife. He brought my mum into my life even though I didn't want to see her. He almost got me killed. Oh and he got my ex arrested because he was jealous.

He got through a lot of tissues.

The post-wedding stuff is a real mystery at the moment, I agree. They've given pretty much nothing away. Except the really big thing, that we don't know about.

I like how Doug's quiff returns when he does dodgy activities.

Does anybody reckon that they might use the idea of 'Pauline and Terry's marriage/relationship was totally broken and screwed up/abusive and I don't wanna be like that so A)I have to make this marriage work now that I'm in it. B)I can't be with Brendan because I don't wanna be in a relationship like my parents?

I don't think they will because there hasn't really been any signposts for it, but I think they could have...though I think they could have done a lot more with Pauline's return in general (as much as I did still really love it all)

Afternoon

I haven'twatched last night's yet, don't know if i want to see Ste all excited about his impending nuptuals. Really am not looking forward to the run up to the wedding or that actual wedding. The aftermath should be good though. Its annoying cos we don't know when Ste will find out about Doug going to the Police or when/what will finish Stug but Ste does end up in Dublin with Brendan so it will all become clear andmake sense in the end I'm, sure.

I kind of think that Ste can continue to not face up to how he feels about Brendan because he hasn't actually heard him say I Love You/Am Still In Love with You. I don't know if we will see this happen but I would love it if it did.

I do wonder if Terry was mentioned in scripts and got cut because the lack of mention is unusual.

Daniel has told me that Soap Scoop tonight is the wedding/bus crash but that it will mainly be about the sixth formers.

Is it too much to hope this means the whole lot of them will be wiped out?

Hello All
I think there's still a few shocks to come with the crash I'm not sure if their for Stug though but we'll see people keep going on about shocks and twists and it can't just be after the crash so we'll see. In a perfect world it would be that Stug's marriage wasn't legal for some reason or the crash would happen during the ceremony but there you go -in denial- interesting what the shock Ste has is on the morning and then next ep Doug can't let go of the past.

One thing I won't be able to bare is Brendan's face when he realises he's too late Dublin can't come quick enough even though I'm sure they'll drag Stug out for as long as possible which I'm kinda bitter about but what can you do. Thankfull for what we're getting

Shame. A minibusful of obnoxious teenagers crashing is the perfect opportunity.

Just watching Hollyoaks omnibus in the background and had to comment on the final Pauline/Brendan scene.

I love the way Brendan walks in looking like a dark stallion. His white skin and black hair and that damn leather jacket just does something to me every time....

Indeed. I loved the way he just ignored Doug's asking him to leave, walked right up to Pauline, loomed over her, and looked her up and down in naked contempt, before pulling our a wad of fifties from his pocket. Job done - Brendan knows how to handle low-life like Pauline.

ETA - How heart-meltingly gorgeous did he look in that doorway scene with Cheryl?

It amuses me when Stug fans follow me on twitter.

I mean they have read my tweets and yet they still to want to follow me

He must have at least five hundred quid there, who carries that amount of cash in their pocket just strolling around the village

I think we decided that your average gangster never leaves the house without at least a monkey on them.

You know in case they need to bribe someone, pay an ex lovers fare back to Ireland or put it down someones top in a threatening way.

I think Esther is the only one I'd save out of that lot, though Phoebe, Lacey and Dylan are Ok, but I don't think they're anywhere near the wedding anyway.

The rest are pretty much fair game, so I really hope they grab the chance to do a massive cull. I'd respect them forever if they did.

And yes, that scene where Brendan said goodbye to Cheryl ... lovely.
