My cupcakes sunk :-(
I made some cupcakes tonight which used 125g of plain flour plus half a teaspoon of bicarb. Why didn't it say 125g of self-raising flour ?
Is this why they sunk ? Or perhaps it is because they were in the oven at 120 degrees for 10 minutes before I noticed ! Then I highered the temperature to 180. I did another batch with the same recipe, but this time the temperature was correct, but they still sunk slightly, so it MUST be the recipe ( ? ) |
