Three network in total meltdown - Central Manchester

I've tried two MiFis with my 15GB service over the last 6 hours

No connection to the network. My Three is also unobtainable.

I just missed the call centre as it closed at 10pm.

Anyone else got problems?

Seems to be working again now. My Three is still borked though.

I've used My Three a few times this evening and not had any problems.

There is a notice at the top of the page though:

"Sorry, there's been a problem.
We know about it and are working hard to fix it."

Not quite the exaggerated "total meltdown" really, is it? Couple of hours dodgy signal.

I'm on Three and have no problems with the service. Still not quite in "meltdown".

Wonderif Three will be offering the five pounds compensation that gave customers affected by the recent outages in Scotland and London?

Probably maintenance, they occasionally do work in various areas and they sometimes don't text to tell you. Meltdown, it's not a nuclear reactor.

3 went off overnight about half 1 here and was fine this morning.

Nothing like the O2 issues, so I'm not going to go off on

Nothing like the O2 issues people experienced.

It's just data that was off here, I could still send a txt etc.

I went to a different location tonight - in South Manchester - where I use a Web Cube with the same SIM. Same problem so I called Customer Service about 8pm. They told me that there is a network outage in some parts of the country which should be resolved in a few hours.

Seems OK now, but I'm keeping notes.

I suspect 3 have run out of IP addresses.

That's a poor show. It could take a while for them to resegment and might not even be possible without buying another range or forcing MBB customers onto NAT.

I think I'll skip compensation straight to cancellation.

I'm in Leyland, near Preston. I had no internet connectivity all Friday afternoon and all yesterday bar a couple of hours. I've had no connectivity this morning so it's definitely something more serious and widespread. I don't care about compensation I just want it fixed.

Rik.

I am in Cornwall, which is a bit further away from Manchester, and it's not working for me either.

I don't necessarily believe the lack of IP address space argument (evidence?) unless there are two separate issues as the three.co.uk APN isn't working for me either, and that is usually NATTed.
