Has anybody switched off yet since the live shows have started? After my favorite Jade leaving I won't be watching tonight, not through 'boycott' because of the judges ridiculous decisions week in week out but purely through lack of interest.

The only person I have any interest in is Ella and I can YouTube her tomorrow.

Anyone else?

Not so much switched off as never really switched on. I watched a lot of the auditions on youtube and now watch the live acts on youtube. I can watch every act in under 30 mins and how long is the show

It's such a circus nowadays it's hard bothering.

I have because i don't believe the best act will win x factor, I have an feeling that the boys will win, That's the way i'm traveling and i will be gutted if Ella does not win x factor but i'am gutted that one of the groups are not going to win and if the boys wins they will be forgottion at the end of next year, but onwards and upwards

I watch it every week regardless as it's fun to watch but for the first time I understand why people would turn off.

No but I don't really know why I watch it as I've done nothing but moan since 2009.

If Sky+ didn't exist, I don't think I could put myself through it though

I switched off after the 1st live show. Found it all just lukewarm, nobody actually stood out for me and I just couldnt believe any of them as recording artists really (despite the 2 who can actually hit a tune). And then theres the drama with the judges. Bored of it really.

Its only on my TV now if I just need some background noise if I have people over. Much prefer the talent on US version, at least they dont do the overdone, tired 'gimmik' act accross the pond...

I Sky+ and would never watch the show live.

Normally I watch Saturday's show on Sunday morning and fastforward all the crap - I normally condense the whole programme into about 20 minutes

I don't watch the result show either, I just check online to see who has gone!

Same here, not at all what I was expecting as his audition (well, mainly the VT) irritated the life out of me.

I expect I'll watch until he goes. It's been the same each year, the show loses me at some stage before the final, whenever there's nobody left I'd cross the road to see.

No chance of switching off..

I can't wait to see Rylan sing a "serious," song tonight..
It'll be a scream to watch, for that alone.

But the only reason IMO for watching it anymore is for the odd decent performance and then, only by recording it and zapping through all the crap, which is about 80% of the rest of it.......particularly the unfailingly crass, naff and dreadful group number and whichever "world class," act or ex-X-Factor "star," is plugging their latest album on the interminable results show......for which, they MUST receive a standing ovation..

It's the official 11th commandment!

Rich.

Yeah I'm not interested now really either. I'll keep up to date with it and everything and YouTube Ella, James and maybe Kye if I like his song choice but I'm not sitting through nigh on 2 hours when I don't like most of the acts.
