http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage...eid-split.html I think interviews like this show shes losing the moral highground.I wouldnt give these kind of interviews and details to the nation about the man who was the father to my child.

Alex has done wrong but I dont think all this milking it with the tabloids is exactly edifying.

it depends on whether she had `dignity` and `the moral high ground` to begin with. after all, this is just the latest in a long line of revelations. at least, there will be some forum members happy with this article, because they were waiting for more details of the `sex dungeon` to emerge.

perhaps she is inexperienced in these type of scenarios. to be honest, if i found that happening in my house, i would be rather shocked and not in a good way. fairs fair, its not really appropriate for him to have behaved like that with her being so late in her pregnancy. however, talking to the press is hardly the best solution now they have a child to consider.

well it was enough for her to `camp out` on an airbed in her flat and some of the descriptions did sound a bit much really. i mean, its not what you would expect to come home to, but i agree it could have been a lot worse. maybe, now she has got that off her chest, perhaps she will now take a media break, but somehow i doubt it.

The poor soul would need a great telescope/the services of Sherlock Holmes to find it now, imho.

this cleary is her ploy until the fitness DVD comes out.

Ok, the sex dungeon doesn't really sound like a dungeon, but it sounds pretty horrendous. Whatever54 got it right. And the idea, let alone the mental image of Alex Reid pleasuring himself to extinction over a series of days whilst holed up with Chantelle's false eyelashes and a packet of Benson and Hedges is really rather unpleasant. It must have been pretty grim for her.

I feel a bit nauseous myself.

Is this the same Chantelle who accused Preston of 'abuse' because he wasn't impressed by her watching Coronation Street?

The woman is a parasite. Any man who goes near her is a fool.

I'm not saying I agree with airing your dirty washing in public but the girl has an opportunity to make some money to support herself and her daughter.

She's not doing anything illegal, she's not living off the state as so many do these days. She seems to be a good mum(ok she's going to have to have to explain her actions to Dolly sometime in the future).

The fact that she's in the D.M. nearly every day and we are talking about her on here shows that there is interest in her - why not earn a bob or two. So what if she brings out a DVD at Xmas - if people are buying it, who are we to scorn.

I actually feel a tad sorry for her. She seems lonely, tired, lost and I'm sure we'll see a post-natal depression interview soon.

And wow, if I'd walked into that at 8 months pregnant, it wouldn't have been me on a blow up bed - sleaze ball or what??

Well, I suppose if those are the yardsticks by which we judge such things then yes, I guess she's not *that* bad. There are plenty of other occupations most people manage to sort out if they are not on the dole.... I have absolutely no sympathy for her at all. She got herself up the stick by a twerp who willingly married the frightful Katie Price, she seems desperate for fame at any cost and as she has no visible talent - she has to rely on airing all her dirty laundry in public. She's already got 1 failed marriage behind her and she's not even in her 30's... As for PND, if you have clinical depression you can't even get out of bed, never mind pop to your local takeaway with the paps in tow.

She's a very sad indictment of a celebrity culture that involves adulation of people with not a whiff of anything worthy or interesting. The best thing she could do would be to bring her daughter up in private... She won't of course - it would kill her.

Personally, I couldn't care less if Chantelle was 'going through hell'. She's just a stupid girl with no self-respect and no consideration for her daughter. She also doesn't have the first clue what 'hell' is. She should meet some people who really are 'going through hell', then she'd realise how selfish, petty and self-indulgent she really is.

I posted this about Chantelle before and I stand by every word
I think the worst thing Chantelle ever did was win BB. She seemed a nice but dim girl when she was in the BB house and did appear to be likeable. She rushed into marriage with Preston as it seemed she only had 15 minutes in the spotlight and she wanted to strike while the iron was hot, so to speak.
That marriage was always going to end in tears but, rather than shrug her shoulders, be happy that she'd made a lot of money for so little and walking away with dignity, she appeared to have fallen in love with the idea of fame and become lost in showbiz.

Since then, she's lurched from one disaster to the next, making a holy show of herself along the way and seeming to never learn from any previous mistakes. She's not a young girl any more but she's continuing to try and milk a world that she doesn't appear to be mentally strong enough for but it seems like the idea of fading away into obscurity is one she can't deal with. She's no Pwicey to whom insults and abuse are water off a ducks back, as long as she's being talked about, she appears to be quite fragile and sensitive to what people think of her.

Her life should be a salutary lesson for young people in that being a zeleb is a sad and desperate existence. But while we've got muppets claiming that being on tv is the be all and end of of ambition and that anyone who isn't on tv is 'jellus' of those who are, then no one will learn anything and there will be a long queue of other nice but dim girls and boys just waiting to step into her shoes.

She lost her dignity denying she had any idea her ex Preston would be on CBB, don't she read the celeb pages?

Wasn't she snapped 'secretly' meeting Preston in a coffee shop and if she's into celeb culture can anyone believe she held back on telling him she was to appear on CBB.

Having spent night after night on CBB being tearfully tormented by her ex rejecting her, she manages to summon up enough diginity to do a glum looking photo shoot with her ex Preston just hours after the end of CBB.

Somewhere along the way we had the row with Rav, which a passing photographer just happed to catch on camera.

She lost her dignity again when she cosied upto Alex told us she could have babies, must have applied for IVF within weeks of getting together with Alex and feels she has to tell everyone.

She lost her dignity yet again getting engaged on national TV and with perfect time a month later announcing she was pregnant, having the used IVF material in the fridge.

She lost her diginity even more with the endless stream of photos strugling with a couple of shopping bags, which she could have stopped at a stroke of a pen.

And of course she doesn't have management to guide her talentless career.

If and I say if because we don't know for sure she's suffering with PND then she could quite possibly be going through hell. Just getting out of bed in a morning is like climbing a mountain.

It seems to me she is desperate to be loved and takes anything that comes her way in the hope it will lead to something (both personal relationships and professionally). Really sad.

She's clearly lost her dignity, and I think she knows that she has. But she has taken a decision to continue along the route of selling all aspects of her life while there is still a market for it. She is making as much as she can while she can.

I hope for her sake that the market dries up soon.

I do feel sorry for her though. The series of terrible decisions she has made in her life reached the very pinnacle of bad decisions with Alex Reid, who has to be the biggest loser of all time.

Chantelle and Alex are already rich. Also that means Chantelle has been selling stories to magazines for months, under the guise of friends and sources. I distinctively remember her debunking a few of these stories in her column.. particularly the one of her sleeping on the floor

It can't be nice coming home to see him watching porn and releasing himself but...

I think she needs to keep quiet, Alex too. They have a kid together, that is the most important thing, not throwing each other to the wolves.

Also Chantelle always seems to be the victim in all her relationships.

She lost her dignity the minute she walked up the aisle with Preston to grab the OK paycheque that was being waved at them and she's never found it again since.

This is the woman who has the paps on speed dial every time she leaves the house and who, allegedly, actually turned up at the Chinese takeaway with one in the passenger seat of her car to take the not at all staged pictures of her ordering chicken fried rice.

She has made shockingly bad decisions in her life, seemingly based on whether she could make money rather than any other reason.

Chantelle & moral high ground in the same sentence? Are you having a laugh or what?

Please direct me to where her moral high ground was ever apparent.

This girl clearly was not made for the world of celebrity I use that term lightly here). The people she dated and married were and as we know and have been seeing in the papers of late the depravity that is rife. She chose a path to walk down exiting the BB house and has naively walked down it . Is she stupi? Maybe has she made an error of judgement yeahossibly (haven't we all). I sympathise with her in respect she probably had no idea what she was letting herself in for, especially with AR who KP wisely (for once) got rid of with a payoff.

Chantelle has had her finger severely burned and now has a child to bring up. What I don't sympathise with is the "I'm a mother on my own" bit. Yes she is but she forgets she is financially secure maybe not emotionally but she has money, friends and family and I. That respect she is lucky

Her only means on income is self promotion and story telling and whils she can do it she will whether we like it or not, she has to but that gravy train will come to an end. In that respect good for her make as much as you can as you will need it

AR waste of space just nought he got lucky twice and cream off financially for contributing very little

Her first pre-Big Brother foray into popular culture was gettting her tits out, so never really had any dignity to lose.
