Film identification help...

Okay this has been bugging me for a while, so I thought I may as well ask here.

This is a British film (probably only a TV movie), set in mid 1990s, as the main plot involves a National Lottery ticket.

Basically the ticket is hidden inside a Sex manual and then it goes missing, just after it being discovered that its a winning ticket. Cue a frantic chase after it.

No, that film is America and released in 2010.
