Reading this thread: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=714583 reminded me of the times of when I used to have a hot chocolate before bed. Do you ever have a hot chocolate just before bed or generally in the evening?

Some times or sometimes I have ovaltine or horlicks just depends what I fancy.

Just wish I didn't feel the need to sing the ovaltine song everytime I make it

About 4 mugs a day of Cadbury's Highlights 40 cals a mug. Don't like tea or coffee so drink this.

Not since I was younger when I could afford the calories! I might have a Horlicks ( light) during the cold weather but rarely. I usually have a bottle of tap water by my bed, that suffices tbh.

I occasionally have chocolate as a midnight snack.

If I can be bothered I will make a nutella and peanut butter toastie.
If I can't be bothered I will make up a snack with what biscuits I have.
It may be a cholocate cookie, or a jaffa cake.
I may make a snack by putting peanut butter on a chocolate biscute/jaffa.
Or if I have oat biscuits I will put peanut butter and nutella on it.


Sometimes I will have a hot chocolate or a glass of milk with it.

Hot chocolate before bed is too sickly for me,. I'm more likely to have a cup mid morning.
I prefer Horlicks though.

A slice or two of mature cheddar before bed here. Works a treat if you find it difficult to drift off.
