Sorry, can't help... in the early days of DVD, loads of these Hallmark, made-for-TV, true story, movie-of-the-week-type films came out on DVD as it was a new format, and these were brought out as a cheap way to fill the stock vacuum, usually at budget price. Now that big studio blockbuster movies (seemingly) only cost a fiver within a month or so of release, these types of films just don't sell anymore, so no-one bothers putting them out. Might be worth keeping an eye on Channel 5 one afternoon though!
