That's a good thing. He's a complete bore and his music is only good as a cure for insomnia imo. Just overhyped dullness.

haha, I just listened to all those tracks you listed and still have no clue.

(In my defence, I have a 4 year old daughter and can recite all the words of the theme tune to "Mr Bloom's Nursery", if that's any good to you? )

A question for anyone who's been or knows - do they play the pre-recorded guest performance out for those in the studio to watch?”

Acts normally perform live on the show. When we went, Rebecca Ferguson performed live, and then Taylor Swift was pre-recorded. Dermot introduced her live, and then when she came on it switched to a pre-record, which was played in the studio on the screens while the judges were in their dressing rooms and the audience just look annoyed since they queued up for hours to get in, and she doesn't even turn up.

As far as I know, only Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran have been pre-recorded this series.

Ed Sheeran is performing in Newcastle tonight.

"Tonight I'm playing a gig in Newcastle, playing my single on X factor, and am on never mind the buzzcocks. Multitaskin' to the extreme"

So Dermot tells the people in the audience that Ed Sheeran and One Direction are going to perform but really they're not?

Last night I was in the audience. They made it seem like 1D were gonna be there but then during the break before they were on the warm guy guy was like oh by the way 1D's performance is prerecorded, so they showed it on the screen's while they took down James' stage. People were still screaming though!

most 1D fans should know the boys pre-recorded as they will be in the US at the time.

we'd been discussing it in the 1D AT since it was filmed in front of a live audience. it was also a sunday and some fans tweeted that the boys were sitting on boxes whilst singing "little things".
