What's wrong with my wine gums?
I just bought a box of Maynards Wine Gums which I eat all the time but they look odd. The lettering is all melted and the gums are sort off whitish on the outside. They look dull if you know what I mean.
Some are ok but the majority are like this. |

Out of date? Or maybe they've been stored incorrectly. Sometimes chocolate has a ' bloom' on it when it's been allowed to stay in the heat too, so perhaps they've been near a heat source?
I'd still eat them tho'.

I think you should remove all the red ones and send them to me immediately.

I'd take them back: they shouldn't look like that if you've just bought them...
