I've been watching it, and posted Johnny on the SCD thread - ahh so what eh?

Mine are more mixed than they were last night. But I'm still generally chipper.

Chryed don't watch The X Factor any more. Syed only watched it cos Christian did and he thinks it's boring now :sleep:

Christian watched Strictly, and tried to ogle Louis, but his heart wasn't in it. He had some beers and a bit of a cry.

I'm watching last night again - to test my reactions, and also because I'm terminally bored and the child is experimenting with her hair and in her room.

'Thank you very much' trying to be light about it, but Syed doggedly gets on with the dinner. All good.


The contrast with Kalfie is stark, all a show, something 'special' and the elephant in the room.

When did Ray gets so boring?

Michael giving Chryed commentary - I still think it's good - first bit about Chryed second about Janine and Kat.

Good stuff.

Watching Syed taking on the chin, still love it, and love how he's coping with it.

Brave declaration, loving Syed.

And he wants to be honest. This Yasmin thing, sheesh, so difficult.

Christian great in the last scene. Angry but not unreasonable. Despair.

Syed trying to reassure, he does love Christian.

Mas and Zainab fine.

It WAS fine.

Pleased I watched it, really good. Very sad to lose Yasmin, and Christian very unhappy and angry and brittle.

But Syed steadfast there I thought. Pleased.

By way of contrast, I'm watching DC Week. I love it so, so, so much. I thought it'd be tainted or something but it's so not. I have such a huge smile on my face watching it. It's nice to be reminded why I loved them so much.

Also this? Is hilarious in retrospect. What happened to you, Syed, you used to be cool.

Ah well. The thread is dead. This is all so sad, so close to the end, and the threads flamin' dying.

I've been enjoying my big watch, might do some more - and get to that bit - wonderful

I'm planning on doing a whole rewatch when it's all over. I can't bring myself to do it before the end though, i think it'd leave me even more frustrated seeing how brilliant they once were.

I think most are off watching Marc tonight so the thread is deader than normal lol

YES. There is no pain. It's really strange. It's just pure, unadulterated... I don't want to say 'fluff' because there's some really significant stuff there too...happiness.

But my face is hurting from smiling. Oh, and I'd forgotten how funny the Dagenham Dave stuff was. ''Ours is a king-size *flaunts tape measure'. 'Your mate's bigger than you...' 'You don't roll down, unless you really want to *dirty laugh*'. I LOVE it. I had to pause it for laughter.

OMG and that scene in Monday's ep where C's getting ready to go to work and Syed's lying in bed wearing only a dressing gown. After the deliciousness of boxers and C-tee (and C in a towel - THANK YOU wardrobe department). they blates just had post-breakfast nookie. Gold.
