One would hope they would be indeed. I'm sure they have loads more to make and share with us fans.

I agree with this that they should have spent longer in European Countries. Don't even let me get started on America, if they spend longer would have achieved more albums sells? Yes.
But I really do hope that Modest has a sketch out plan

I agree. They are making the mistake that a lot of British groups do. Spend a few weeks here and a few weeks there in America. They should be spending 3-5 months minimum touring going on TV and radio etc. America is such a massive country. They won't gain any traction on the US by coming back to the UK.

Just to maintain an aura of positivity and forward thinking, what changes do you want to see for the second era ?? This can include anything from management and label responsibilities to the type of material that you're hoping the girls will make.

For me, my biggest change would be to fix the lack of organisation between Syco, Modest, and Columbia. Individually, I actual think all 3 have done a generally good job, but together the communication has sorely lacking. This was particularly clear during the international promo campaign and the single releases of CYL and HYD.

Second, I want physical copies and single EPs to be released in the run up to a single's release. These two factors (in conjunction with promotion as well) could've helped secure stronger peaks for the singles, especially the post-album singles which I think had the potential to chart higher. Also physical singles with B-sides can help draw attention to hidden gems like Madhouse, Pretend It's Ok, and Stereo Soldier which remain tucked away on the album.

Finally, I'd like to see more RnB/Pop material which can target an older demographic whilst maintaining an appeal to the demographic that they already have, and songs which reflect the vocal progress that the girls have made since DNA - their harmonies have continued to get stronger and stronger.

So what are everyone's respective changes, if there are any???

Duets with modern singers, a couple of romanticised peices, more covers like the Mumford, and more tours of Europe. A tour of France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Scandinavia, and Russia would help. The girls deserve way more popularity in German speaking nations and Eastern Europe.
Also, I'm glad they have not fallen suckers for the 5Harmony rivalry. It would be great to see both groups continuing good relations, and LM need to help, and support on tour, their other friendly rivals, One Direction. They should support 1D on tour, and Perrie should help Zayn if he encounters and problems.

Some of that seems a little conventional, the duets and the RnB thing are what a lot of girl groups do these days anyway.
The Mumford link up sounds much more interesting.

I would like to hear more soul and rock music in the set.
I liked the rock version of Madhouse at the Isle Of Wight. Not many of the other girl bands do that and I think there's a bit of rock chick in Jesy.

It is different that LM are an rnb group. Girls Aloud and the Saturdays are eurodance music. StooShe are the only other rnb girl group other than LM (I havent heard 5th harmony yet- I'm sure that, whilst LM are better, 5H are decent singers- but i think they are more straight to earth teen pop). LM are also, in my opinion, more photogenic than the other girlgroups, and a collab with say TI, or even a british rappa like Pro Green, whose best song shares a producer with LM's. Also, showing their armourous side will also prove their talent and emotive ability. In 10 years time, what sort of act do you want to remember? Likeable, for present, but forgettable eurodance, or 90' style rnb soul for all ages?

I agree with everything you said and listed. Main one would be the communication and EPs

Thanks Everyone . TBH I also just need to vent a little, since I was reading over the Popjustice forums (I was THAT bored), and I forgot how close CYL came to charting in the Top 10. It was literally at #10 on the iTunes chart and yet something didn't click for Syco and Modest SMH. Also, the less said about the HYD campaign, the better. #OldGrievances

I just want the girls to reach their full potential, and management and Syco seemed determined to ruin the very promising start they had with Wings this era

i really doubt Syco are intending this. With few exceptions, any track released after an album is is likely to do poorly. With Change Your Life, Syco thought enough was done after the promotion, and it was too bored to wait 3 weeks for How Ya Doing. They are already the UK's biggest girlgroup, but Im sure mr sico isnt going to rest on his laurels. He hasnt with 1D

I don't necessarily agree. CYL came very close to breaking the Top 10 on digital downloads alone. A physical release (complete with a B-side) with a strong EP in conjunction with the promo they had lined up, and I think CYL could've easily broken the Top 10 and potentially the Top 5. It was actually quite well received by the public. My parents watched them on Graham Norton and they managed to catch my dad's eye as well; he was impressed with the song.

And with HYD, they remixed the track so it's essentially a whole new song. It should've been able to break the Top 10 on that fact alone simply because both fans and non-fans wouldn't have the single version, and it featured another artist who would've attracted her own fans.

IDK I definitely think they could've achieved more with the post-album singles even if they were that - post-album singles

Firstly, no one buys cds any more. Secondly, Missy's last UK hit single was donkey's years ago. Thirdly, there are some people stupid enough to think LM are manufactured with How Ya Doing. They should listen to the Munford cover, and if they want to say hate, they should say nothing. In 2 years, anyone who tweets hate about LM will regret it. Also, people can buy underpromoted stuff. Ok, oz is an easy market, but people liked Change Your life more there, and it spent 5 weeks in the top 10 without promo. Also, the album earned good peaks without promo, even if more was needed, and mr sico awarded LM for their US albums chart peak.
