If you cook from scratch try a website called kalyns kitchen, look it up on google. She does South Beach diet which is good for women with polycystic ovaries and her website is brilliant for recipes. Some of it is stuff you can only get in the States but root around its really good.




It needed to be said though- you can't say someone knows what they are talking about- but only when they say stuff you agree with! It doesn't work like that
