Galaxy S3 custom alerts?
Used to be able to set different tones & LED light colours for different contacts on my old bb, doesn't seem to be a way to do this on the s3?
Does anyone know how or if you need an app to do it? Also, gapless play? Not likely. When I play some albums on the music player that's under the video hub, the gaps are ridiculous. Am I missing something here? Do I need another app lol? Haha, finally, being as I can never remember my number, what's the fastest way of bringing up the number on the home screen does anyone know? thanks if you can be bothered. |

For contacts you can't set the led for different ones (unless an app will do it) you can change the ringtone and vibration pattern. Go into contacts and long press on the name and press edit, then scroll down for the options. You can use 'blink' for some options but not for different led's for contacts. You can also just set the ringtones and vibration within 'groups' and put the contacts you want in them so you don't have to manually change everyone's ringtone if there is a few you want the same.
Music I'm guessing an app will cover it although it's not something I've been too concerned about. For the last save you phone number as a contact, go into contacts and click on your name, press the bottom left button and scroll down to 'add shortcut to home' it will add a shortcut to your homepage. |
