Computer says not enough memory when there is....
Cassini

I am running Windows 7 on my PC and am trying to transfer MP4 films to my iPad 3 via iTunes v10.

On the iPad I am running the latest software and using CineXPlayer.

I am able to transfer one file across but if I then try to transfer another I get a message on the PC telling me there is not enough memory. I am assuming this means on the iPad - but the iPad shows as having 20gb free.

There is nothing else running on the iPad (that I know of) and on the computer is just iTunes and McAfee (that I know of).

The only way I am able to transfer another file is to reboot the PC and then it does it no problem.

Apologies if this is the wrong forum but I think the problem may be Windows based?

Any help would be much appreciated. Simple answers only please as I'm not a techie.

thank you

not enough memory usually relates to RAM. how much RAM do you have in your pc?

do you have loads of start up programs? if so then stop them or uninstall them?

do you have antivirus software and do you regularly scan for viruses? if not i'd suggest install, update and run malwareantibytes and see if you have any unwanted programs running and using up your RAM
