Where do the recipes come from ?
I didn't get to see the start, but I notice they already have the recipe's, did they write them themselves from their own knowledge ?

They spent time with a chef and gave some briefs as to what sort of thing it was; the chef then created the three recipes. Which the sub team then phoned to the other half, who had to make and photograph the dishes.

They should have gone for something a lot easier. Off my head: 'What to Do With a Packet of Noodles? 100 Noodles Recipes' or just 'The Easy Noodles Cookbook'.
You can vary ingredients to go with noodles. Pan-fry any meat, slice up peppers and tomatoes, and chuck them into a bowl of just-boiled noodles. Spice up the water with any sauce, like mirin and soy sauce, and any spices you like. Healthier than Pot Noodles, too. You could go with Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean or whatever style, or have them all in this book of noodles. Dead simple and easy to produce. I guess it's easier to be an armchair expert, though.
