I'm sure they give him nudges, but contrary to popular belief, I don't believe he actually listens. I think he cares too much about the cause for that. I think the reason people think that is because Sugar tends to like the people who are very talkative and defend themselves well, who are the people who make good TV anyway.
If it was based on entertainment, Matthew Palmer, Mani Sandher, Rory Laing, Nicholas de Lacy-Brown, Noorul Choudhury, Jordan De Courcy, Shibby Robati, Melissa Cohen, Mahamed Awale and Bilyana Apostolova (to name but a few) would have lasted longer than they did.
