T-Mobile Messed up my upgrade
I have 2 different lines with T-Mobile. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S3 on one of my lines in June. I was then due an upgrade last week so I rang and upgraded to a Motorola RAZR I on my other line.
On my main line (S3) I have 2000 minutes, unlimited texts and truly unlimited data (No fair use policy). A few days after upgrading I received a text on my S3 telling me I have gone over my fair use policy. I got confused and called up. They didn't seem to know what the problem was so they said they'd investigate it and get back to me later. By the next day I hadn't heard from them so I called back again. My god I wish I didn't! I was on the phone for over an hour being passed from person to person (not one of them spoke clear English). In the end they realised that they had upgraded the wrong line, so they told me they would fix it now and instead of keeping me on hold, they would call me in the next hour to confirm it has been changed. Once again I never heard off them. Now I will be calling them again tomorrow to go through the same shite again! But this time I will demand to speak to someone who understands me. Sick to death of all these non-english speaking reps not understanding anything I ever say. Even the guys on Twitter ignored me all day :\ Rant over (sorry)
