i have been serching but to no avail.
i have sky multiroom (sky hd) in my house and i have recently bought a second hand sky plus hdbox through a third party seller at amazon. I have installed it and registerd my card to it no problem so i can watch my subscription channels on it ,however i need to upgrade my package to sky plus hd multiroom. to pause ,record live tv. when i phoned sky and gave the serial number to do this they said because its registerd to someone else and they havn't cancelled their subscription with the box i cant upgrade with it . wot can i do?. ? i have tried to contact the seller through amazon by email but i havent had a reply yet????. help??.
