Norrin_Radd

The Modern Professional Woman - independent, confident, hard-working, strong. Businesslike. Strong, independent. She doesn't need a man. Confident, strong. Domineering and proud of it. Knows that accountability is a weakness and wearing suits makes you a better person. Unless you're a man. Are you a man? Then shut up. So, there you have it - Maria's Book For Strong Independent Professional Women, available at all book shops now. Er soon.

Edit - its got recipes in it.

I could not believe when in the board room she started with the line "In a group of boys I had to be assertive (or words to that effect) to make myself heard." I rolled-eyes and thought "what pseudo feminist tripe." She was not up against it, down trodden or anything of the sort. She was not displaying girl power by shouting the boys down, but bad manners. Oh dear, I fear though she has been set up as "good tv".

Only just caught up with last week's: what an obnoxious little madam she was. Not just the fact she was so goddamn pushy but the accompanying eye-rolling whilst bulldozing her ridiculous ideas through - aaargh!
