I didn't see many of the auditions so cannot really comment BUT i always thought demi would be a terrible choice. She's too young and simply hasn't achieved enough. Britney is just not stable or right, im not sure she's got the intellect to grasp the situation fully sometimes. Really fox seemed to just go for big names not wise judges.

Britney's one line comments are a bit too much after awhile. She seems like a decent mentor though.

I like Demi but her song choice for Cece was pretty bad and she's getting a lot of abuse on Youtube.

Still, it's their first season of live shows and they could be doing a lot worse. Hopefully they get better as the shows go on.

Can't believe Britney chose to kick-out the girl named Diamond who seemed to be the obvious winner to me and many others .

Edit . Just watching tonight's show and they have brought Diamond back after realising the big mistake they made dropping her in the first place.

Demi is p1ss poor and a bit primadonnish. If Simon critiques any of her acts its like she just shouts him down without any sensible debate. She comes across as very immature.

I've only seen the first live show, but I noticed that Britney didn't interact with the other judges at all. She really is a waste of space...

I think Demi is doing well. Having never been a fan or particularly bothered by her I have been impressed. Britney on the other hand is a disaster. She has an ear piece in for being given her "lines" and her behaviour toward the poor young man who brought her flowers, completely ignoring him was incredibly rude.

Do you seriously think it's real? The show is a panto. Demi is just doing what she is paid to do and Simon is loving it. Some people on here are so gullible if they truly believe anything on X Factor UK or US is serious.

I'm a massive fan of Demi's music but I couldn't agree more with this you are right on the money, Simon was right Demi has ruined Cece and Jennel, I really wanted Jennel to hear Simon telling her that Demi has completely ruined her but Demi kept acting very immature and trying to talk over him with no valid argument what so ever.

Cece needs to start picking her own songs from now on and ditch the blonde hair and go back brown.
