I just want one file from my old xbox :(
There's no way I'll be getting the 250GB Hard drive any time soon. Is there a way I can get just one file off my old style hard drive.
It's been nearly a year since I played Skyrim and I really want to get back into it. I'm not starting the game again. I'm not sure if xbox still has the cloud feature but I was going to place my hard drive on a friends xbox, upload the save file then download it at home, but he doesn't have his old xbox no more. I was hoping there's maybe a cable that fits the old hard drive with a USB on the other end and somehow copy it to new Xbox. |

There is a cable available that does this:

So you have an old 360 with a HDD and want to transfer content to a 360 Slim that doesn't have a HDD?
With a 360, you can use the cloud save feature (Gold only) or a USB memory stick. Just move the save(s) to the cloud or the USB stick (USB stick must first be configured via the 360). Without a 360, the only option is the HDD transfer cable: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hard-Drive-T...2521605&sr=8-5 |

I thought a transfer cable only moved the whole content? I've done it once before years ago. I don't remember being able to pick individual files.
My old xbox has RROD so I only have the hard drive. I don't lnow why they don't let you plug the old one in! |

You can just open up the old style hard drive casing, then slot the hard drive into the new slim console. Did it myself recently.

Do you know anyone who has the old style Xbox360 who you can ask if you can plug your drive into and then transfer the game save to a USB drive?
